On 10/28/2021 I purchased a flex steel triple power lift recliner. I am a man that weighs 460 lbs. and was guaranteed at the time of purchase, that the recliner would support my weight even if I hit 500 lbs. The recliner was purchased for the amount of $1,790.23. The recliner broke back in December of 2021. I have called several times because the recliner comes with a one year warranty. Every time that I call, I am told to expect a call back and I feel like I get the run around. There was a time when the furniture store sent someone out to inspect my recliner and took pictures, I was told that they would take care of the broken recliner. I have made several attempts to call and get my recliner replaced if they are not going to fix it. I am not physically able to visit the store in person due to health conditions. It has been months and nothing has been done to honor the warranty on the recliner. The invoice number for the purchase is #14799.
