Polk Audio has not responded to any email concerning the warranty claim on my PSW505 since 2 Aug when I was told they would ship the part shortly. When I have called and asked the status and inquire as to why my emails asking about the status are not being responded to I am brushed off. Additionally, my emails with the information to complete the warranty claim were ignored for 2 weeks and required a phone call where the rep was confused as to why I was essentially "left on read". At this point I am requesting the warranty honored with the part or if it's unavailable the sub replaced with something comparable (or just refunded). My case with them is [Incident: 210525-001140]
