            Poor quality items and very poor customer service. I ordered two pairs of pants and they were extremely small for the stated size, as well as cheap-looking with a very shiny finish to the fabric. I contacted the store for a return and they informed me one pair was not eligible for return as it was on sale (marked down by $1--in my opinion, a clear attempt to avoid returns for a poor quality product while not actually marking down the item in any significant way). The other pair is eligible for a return, but they require you to return the item in the original plastic packaging, with a return number written on the package, and pay a separate invoice for return shipping before they will send a label. Again, a clear attempt to avoid returns by making it as onerous as possible on the customer. I paid their return shipping invoice 6 days ago and they still have not sent a return label. I'll be shocked if I get any money back without initiating a chargeback.
