Owner (****, aka. ****) was quick to accept cash payment at the end of the day for work done, with the promise of "guaranteed customer satisfaction." Aside from charging several hundred dollars more than quoted the day before, he assured me, upon accepting cash, that invoice and warranty documentation would be "sent right over."I expected these items by day's end, or the following day.As of the date of this complaint (14 weeks after payment in full), he has not provided invoice or warranty information, as promised. In addition, I expressed (in writing) a legitimate concern about resolution of an issue with work done. After consulting with two(2) independent plumbers, I discovered this issue could potentially compromise the entire repair.Although his website claims:"We stay in constant communication with our customers until the job is done," owner has neglected to reply to my MANY contact attempts, both by direct telephone (3 attempts), and 7 texts.Despite my multiple attempts to resolve the above issues, **** has failed to follow through to address my written complaints, and finalize this repair with "guaranteed customer satisfaction."Upon full cash payment, and after a handshake with ****, we had a cordial chat about family, integrity, and character, I have been surprised (and very disappointed) with the lack of closure to this transaction.I would not recommend this company for plumbing needs.
