    Placed an order 1-12-2024. Received an email order acknowledgement and that is it. Attempted to contact them multiple times. You cannot talk to anyone, only a email inquiry. All calls to the company put you into a generic voicemail. I have emailed them 3 times, and received 1 email response that blames delays on staff shortages and US weather conditions??? The email does not provide and updates, expected shipping dates or tracking information. Each week I send in another email inquiry, but they no longer respond. It appears obvious that this is nothing more than a sham company. They provide no option to cancel your order, so you need to cancel your payment with the bank. If they are a physical company, they must be on the verge of bankruptcy and are just using customers money to stay afloat with no intention of shipping a product to you. They use your money for a few weeks, until you ultimately cancel your payment. DO NOT USE THEM!

    TRIED CONTACTING THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES VIA PHONE AND EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS THE WORST TOOL PARTS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. i'VE EMAILED ABOUT CANCELLING AND ORDER NO RESPONSE

    Terrible experience, worst customer support Ive ever dealt with. Placed order on 1/20/23 for a part on my Skilsaw SPT88-01. Got an email confirmation immediately. Website shows nowhere you can track order via the order number. It is now 2/28/23, Item has never shipped. Called multiple times over the last few weeks, left voicemails, no one answers the phones. Sent several emails, no reply on when my part will be shipped. No response from this company at all. After reading other reviews, looks like Im not the only one. Ill have to call my bank and file this transaction as fraudulent. Its amazing a company that does this is able to stick around for 12 years and get away with it.

    Item customer ordered has a shipping time of 1-2 weeks listed on the website. Order was shipped within that time frame.

    I ordered parts for my Dewalt Scroll Saw on March 5th, Card has been charged, no communication from them, you call the phone number provided for contact and it goes to a full mail box, no response from several emails. I am losing business in my shop and need these parts! I can't even cancel the order because I can't contact them. I should have listened to the bad reviews,do not order from this company!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not communicate. Tried to order two items and it has been almost a month. I have left repeated messages and no one has returned my call. Finally got an email from them yesterday saying that one of the items has shipped and they can't fill the order for the other. During these difficult supply chain times I would totally understand if the delay had been communicated but that was not the case. Also if you order something and expect it to come and they don't even have a handle on their inventory that is problematic as well. Absolutely do not do business with this company.
