    On Apr 5, 2025, I accessed my account, and had not logged in since inactivating it in Feb 2024. Logging into the account automatically reactivated the old subscription from ************************************** edit options. This occurred after their own published cutoff date of April 2 for April 6 deliveries. On the My Account page, a banner states that I have a Pending payment, and that my last my payment was declined. I again inactivated the account. Despite this, the company charged me twice, totaling $381.00.The following in my last chat to them today, 4/7: Your response is unacceptable and fails to address the core issues Ive repeatedly raised. This is my final attempt to resolve this matter directly. 1. Deceptive Subscription Reactivation Reactivating my account should not have automatically reactivated an old subscription without clear, explicit consent or confirmation.There was no opportunity to review, edit, or cancel the subscription once it triggered. This is deceptive, unethical, and a violation of basic consumer protection standards. 2. Violation of Your Own Terms Your ****************** do not state that a subscription reactivated after the cutoff will trigger an immediate charge and delivery. In fact, you specify that changes after the cutoff apply to the following week. The fact that I was charged for a next-day delivery on April 6, after reactivating my account on April 5, is a direct contradiction of the policy you cited. 3. Unauthorized Charges Your system explicitly indicated that my payment could not be processed and requested a new method. Yet you proceeded to charge my card twice, without CVV reauthorization or my consent. This violates fair billing laws and undermines your claims about encrypted tokenization and security. 4. Breach of Service I was charged for 30 meals and received 10. You refunded only one charge and ignored this significant delivery discrepancy. This is a clear breach of contract and service failure.

    January 14th Meal prep Sunday charged me $64.60 for the following weeks meal delivery. Before the next delivery their delivery driver hit my vehicle and damaged my property. For that reason I had to cancel the service and no longer received any additional meals although I already paid. The company said they would refund me and it would arrive in 1-2 days I have this documentation. I waited weeks and never received a refund so I disputed with my bank and they denied the request.

    Found plastic contamination in food purchased from company. Reached out multiple different ways to try to remedy the problem. Have not had a response from the company.

    ************ didnt deliver meals i paid for last week so I cancelled my subscription online and confirmed with their staff. Also demanded for credit card to be removed and they confirmed they will. I got charged again and told meals will be delivered this week.

    I signed up for this meal delivery service in August. I have had no issues with ordering, delivery, or the meals themselves. However, when I signed up I was given a very clear brochure about a loyalty incentive program: 25% off my 6th week order, 50% off 12th week, 75% off 18th week and 100% off 24th week. I received the 25% off at week 6, but now that I have passed my 12th week of ordering, the company refuses to honor the 50% off at week 12. They claim "their incentive program has changed and there is no way for them to honor the old program". (Their new program is less favorable to customers, now only providing those financial discounts in weeks 18, 24, 30, and 36.) *********** should be required to honor the 50% discount for my 12th week, as well as 75% and 100% future discounts at weeks 18 and 24, if I continue as a member.

    I signed up for a meal plan. I suspended my meal service plan within their cutoff period because of my vacation. By suspending my account, their system creates a new subscription without any notification. I was charged twice for a service that I did not receive

    The first week I ordered meal delivery, they sold out and so my delivery was delayed to the next week. The customer service representative apologized and stated in writing, "As a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused, we will offer you complimentary meals with your upcoming delivery."Fast forward to my delivery, they did not give the complimentary meals that were promised. They also sent me a meal containing pork which I do not eat. I have a "NO RED MEAT" restriction listed in my profile. I reached out to customer service to request a refund, and they stated that they only consider beef as red meat, not pork, and therefore will not refund me for the meal that I cannot eat.It is alarming that a business can have a subjective description for red meat and not respect customers dietary restrictions. I paid $23.84 for 5 meals or $4.77 each meal. I am seeking a refund of $4.77 for the meal sent to me that was pork.

    Date of Complaint 10.11.23 I ordered this service at the advertised price of $5 per meal. I was automatically charged wich was not clearly explained for the next week $175. I let that slide because I could not log back in on my cell to see all information. The follwing week I got another charge. I called to ask for support and spoke with *****. ***** repeated due to cut off time you can not cancel for this week. I advised him I had received text messages inquiring about my mealsbefore. He began to repeat he could not understand me so I asked for a manager since the $175 charge was pending with my bank (I called within 2 minutes of being alerted to the charge on my cell). ***** said he is the manager, I informed him that I would like to cancel and please receive a refund he declined. I told him I would go to yelp and he said he didnt care he is not the owner. I called from a different phone while he was still on one phone and another rep answered and said "Hold on" and gave the phone to *****. Very unprofessional, ghetto service. And the food is not that great. Now Im not gonna sit up here and lie because I am mad, the food is not bad, especially for the initial price, but for $175, plus their ratchet customer service, there is no way. And who about to sit there and eat food from a one man show, now I dont know if you about to poison my food or not.

    Ordered through their website for delivery on 17 September. I never received the delivery but was charged for their service. They sent me a photo of the package delivered to the wrong address. I asked for the address so I could retrieve the package and they didnt provide one. I then requested a refund and was ignored. Im not even sure if this is a real company at this point.

    I ordered from after being enticed by the money-back guarantee that they prominently advertise on their website. This guarantee gave me the confidence to provide my credit card information and proceed with the order, as I believed that I would be protected in the event of dissatisfaction.Upon receiving my first order, it became evident that the quality of the meals did not meet my expectations. Disappointed with the subpar food, I immediately contacted their customer service department to voice my concerns and requested either a refund or the option to return the delivery. Shockingly, I was met with resistance and informed that neither of these options was possible.This response contradicts the explicit promise made by your company regarding the money-back guarantee. It is important to note that I had never ordered from this company before and placed my trust in your business solely based on the advertised guarantee. However, it has become abundantly clear that this guarantee was a deceptive tactic to gain customers' credit card information and secure sales.I strongly believe that such unethical practices have no place in the business world, and I insist on being treated with the fairness and respect that every customer deserves. I am left with meals that I could not consume due to their poor quality, and I now demand a full refund for the amount I paid.I kindly request that they rectify this by issuing a refund to my credit card for the meals that were unsatisfactory. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to take further action, such as reporting their company to consumer protection agencies like attorney general and sharing my negative experience through various online platforms.I sincerely hope that they will reconsider their approach to customer service and honor the promises they make to your valued customers. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly and that a resolution will be reached to restore my faith in your company.
