            On 12/21/2017, I bought a vehicle (2016 ***320) from BMW of Vista (the dealer). I payed by all cash (via Cashiers check). However recently when I am trying to sell this vehicle, I find the title of vehicle is not on me but has a lien holder with **** of America. The selling contract from dealer clearly shows this vehicle has auto loan with **** of America. I contacted BMW of Vista 2 times, they refused to investigate if they made any mistake nor provide any assistance to get my title back. But only let me contact **** of America. Finally, they figured out it was due to the selling representative (who left BMW of Vista already) mistaken my cashiers check as loaner check. So when he did paperwork for selling this vehicle to me, this mistake results in **** of America as the lien holder of title. Given this is due to their mistake, they still said they can not provide any assistance to solve this issue caused but asked me to contact **** of America. The title issue now (7/12) gets resolved with assistance from *** of ***** ******* after I filed a complaint.However, there is financial/time cost to me due to this issue as well as moral damage. I am filing this complaint for BMW of vista to compensate the lost I have. Summarized as below:Due to this issue, I am not able to sell the vehicle and have the following loss during this period (06/13/2023 to present): 1. I need to pay insurance for this Vehicle 2. The selling price of Vehicle drops during this period 3. Moral damage and Time cost to go to DMV/bank of America/BMW of Vista to fix this issue that is not caused by me.             Loyal customer. Bought three ***s from dealer. They Refused to assist and honor replacement of dwell documented X5 engine burning oil issue. After one month of communications, the final offer to assist was to contact *** customer service directly - appalling. *** at *** Vista is the only one hat I can say he gave a **** and tried to help. GM would not support.I opened a case with *** customer service. After one week, Im still waiting By the way, they offered to trade in the *** for a ridiculous low auction price !!!
