5 starsHanna Plumbing did an excellent job of copper re-piping my entire house and helping to remodel bathroom, installing new bespoke type *************. They were very professional , very detailed, very hard working. **** and his team were outstanding. Mr. ********************* *** is phenomenal. For me and for anyone, Hanna's Plumbing staff members are the most skilled, most talented, most polite and very patient people. Hanna ******** care, have integrity, and take pride in doing an outstanding job. Hanna Plumbing can be trusted to do and be the best ! Everything went okay until we got to the billing part. ** was a nice guy. **** was very rude with my wife when explaining everything. Apparently you have to pay them in cash to avoid a 3% fee. My wife and I took that to mean we could write them a check. But no, they insisted we drive them $15,000 in cash! We has never heard of such a thing! This is all to avoid paying a $4 fee and/or avoid waiting at the bank. So instead they have their customers drive around Vista with large sums of money. Stay away from this one folks.

This review is slanderous and contains several gross misrepresentations of the truth. I have documentation illustrating just how skewed his narrative is. 1) We do NOT nor have we ever charged a fee for not paying in cash; the customer emailed us on March 21, 2022 inquiring about a possible discount if they paid in cash. We wrote back letting them know we would discount the bill by 3%. 2) The ******* wanted a cash discount and then decided to pay with a check... this was not what we had discussed and agreed upon. 3) I'm not even sure what the $4 they are referencing is in regards to. 4) The average cost of work provided by Hanna Plumbing is approximately $150.00, this was a complete repipe and took 3 days to complete. We certainly don't demand our customer drive around with large sums of money. Given the blatant and flagrant defamation of our good name I would expect this review to be removed immediately. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
