    We had our vehicle towed to the mechanic because it would not start. He charged us over $500 to access the problem and for a "hose replacement." we did not approve the amount of the hose before he charged us for it. When he told us the problem he said the head gasket had broke. He quoted us around $2000. It took about 3 months to finish the "repairs." When we went to pick up the car, there were many things added to the invoice that he never got our approval for. He just said the car needed it and added them to the invoice. The final bill was about $4000 before the discount which we paid about $3,500. We took the car home and the car was not fixed. We took it back and it took another 2 weeks for him to return it to us. Not even a month later, the car is not working again. It took them almost a month to charge us $1500 for a " bad starter." We decided to take it to another mechanic. They told us that the mechanic Diablo Auto Specialist drilled the nail too far into the oil change bed that you cannot change the oil anymore. Not only this, but the head gasket is still broken. Now this new mechanic is going to charge us for the work that they supposedly already fixed. They will not give us any refund or resolution.
