    Business Response

    Date: 09/21/2022

This complaint along with this narrative is an attempt to entrap our business into a scam. These persons showed up and requested a quotation on a vehicle and decided to attempt to decipher U.S. contract law as well as a skewed understanding of the social security trust to get one at no cost. We never signed anything and told them we were not interested in securing a loan from the government on their behalf. We have received rambling letters which include names of employees, owners, the president, and the district attorney along with a notary signed by his neighbor.

We cannot wait to view evidence of a signed contract or proof that any money was delivered to this dealership. The claimant needs to stop reading internet conspiracy theories. We would welcome investigation into this matter.

    Respectfully,

I am rejecting this response because: the Verified Facts and clear comprehension of contract law do not support the dealers failure to respond to previous certified documents.  They simply could have rejected my offer and returned the contents to me. Instead they kept everything and slander me with baseless accusations of fraud.

Deprivation of Federally Protected Activity.  An extension of credit was offered and per US Code and UCC  A contract was formed orally then placed in written form.  It was accepted by The LUXURY COLLECTION.  I am with in my rights per the security agreement in the contract.     Counsel will be in touch.

    Sincerely,
