  Drainage Pros installed a French drain around the perimeter of our home and basement. **** *******, the Owner, *** Aldine, the Estimator, and ******, the ******, were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly, professional, and willing to adjust for our specific needs. We greatly appreciated their flexibility. We are very pleased with the final project.   Can't say enough good things. Yes, they do charge a fee for quoting a project. But, I don't blame them - the assessor I had (***) was professional and knowledgeable and spent many hours putting together a work plan and estimate. I didn't mind paying. I ended up going with it, so the fee was waived.I had a complex drainage problem that was affecting my foundation, and I live on a very steep hill in ************* / ************. I'd had probably 10 different contractors out to look at it, and each one told me something different. Drainage Pros was the first company where I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. The price wasn't bad, either - it was about 30% cheaper than a similar quote for the same work scope.The crew, led by ******, was incredibly professional. They had great judgement and basically never needed my input on anything. They dug a 12-foot trench, *by hand*, four stories up on the ridiculous cliff I live on. I couldn't believe it. At each stage, they went beyond what I expected. I feel like our house can handle basically any amount of rain without an issue.I've hired a lot of contractors, but Drainage Pros were for sure the most professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented crew I've seen.

  September 15, 2024 To whom it may concern:We recently undertook a significant project to address flooding issues on our property in *************, *************. The bottom floor suite and garage had been prone to flooding, and it was crucial to resolve these issues before mold could set in or the foundation was compromised.This project was particularly challenging due to our tight property lines, which necessitated manual digging--no machines were allowed except for a portable conveyor system. The team used concrete saws, light-duty electric jackhammers, and a lot of hand tools like wheelbarrows, picks, and shovels. They meticulously cut out concrete, dug out and tunneled under 75 linear feet to install a French Drain system with clean-outs at varying depths, including 5 feet at the shallow end. They also cleaned and painted the concrete footer and foundation, attached a thick plastic water barrier, laid down 4-inch plastic drain pipes, and filled the area with drain stone, all leading to a deep sump pit with a 4200-gallon-per-hour pump that drains to the street. New concrete with rebar was poured over everything, pitched perfectly to the drains.The entire project took 9 days and involved a crew that was exceptional in every way. From ****** to ***, **** (the owner), ******* (the project manager), ******* ********** right-hand man), and the entire team--they were the most respectful, diligent, patient, and flexible crew I've ever worked with. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they took great care in respecting our property while delivering an excellent solution.From a value standpoint, their price represented the best value proposition. Given the decades of experience doing ONLY this, they are literally the only game in town in my opinion.I highly recommend this team.   During the 2022/23 winter season, I was getting quite a bit of water in my crawl space and in my garage. I also noticed some cracking inside my home from settlement issues. I called Drainage Pros and met *** on site who methodically went over the issues he saw. I received a quote for the work shortly thereafter. **************** and I spoke on a call to hash out any concerns I had and go over the details. During the work, the Drainage Pros team responded quickly to any concerns I had and was very attentive to detail. Ive had the drainage system in place since summer of 2023 with no further water intrusion issues. If you want an experienced and professional team, I would recommend going with Drainage Pros.

  Drainage Pros was one of the three companies I initially called to give an estimate for my french drain installation. From the first interaction through the final invoice (after completion of the project), the entire team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. ******** first came out to take a look at the area and provide me an estimate. He was friendly, quick and followed up shortly after with a detailed proposal of the work to be performed and the fee. He was super responsive and gave me thorough answers to all of my questions. He was flexible and able to accommodate my request for a slightly earlier time frame. ****, the owner, was also available for any questions and to talk through anything needed.The level of professionalism and experience displayed through the initial process made my choice to go with Drainage Pros a no-brainer.The team started and finished the project on-time, kept the area being worked on tidy and clean when wrapping up each day and communicated with updates throughout the process. ******* (****), the project *******, was wonderful. He even made sure to match and touch up all the paint for any affected patches on the house stucco or cement once the project was complete.I will be using Drainage Pros going forward for all related projects.   Rich and crew worked on a hillside drainage setup for us after some water damage to our downstairs. They provided a clear description of the work in an estimate and the work crew showed up on time every day until the job was complete. No hiccups, missed days, or price changes just good honest work. They catered to our needs and we have had no issue with water seepage since. Will use again on the next project.

  Don't be like us and wait until a hundred year storm hits in the middle of a drought and floods your garage. Take care of your drainage projects now.Drainage Pros completed a French drain and sump pump project for us in January 2022. We knew when we bought the house last September that the house didn't have adequate drainage, but we thought we had some more time to figure it out before it would cause an issue. Enter Huge Storm, October 2022. Our garage started to flood because there wasn't adequate drainage and our crawlspace filled up with water. While my husband was outside soaked to the bone (picture **** on the door with Rose in the middle of the Atlantic, it was sad) trying to finagle a ********** plastic drain solution to save our belongings, I called Drainage Pros. Unfortunately I wasn't the only one with this idea and the earliest appointment I could get was for **************** was assigned as our project manager and did the first assessment of our project. He was super professional and easy to talk with to plan our project. It was easy to get a hold of him throughout the project and ask questions as needed.Our job consisted of installing a French drain around our entire house, and a drain that connected our downspouts. It also involved tunneling under our concrete walkway in the front and replacing some concrete. It also involved installing a surface drain along the front of our garage and connecting that to the system. Based on our site elevation we also had to install a sump pump and discharge line to the street. I'm a civil engineer and I've taken on some home projects, but this was probably one of the biggest ones we've had to do so far. Lots of dirt moving, big holes, concrete work, electrical. ***y had to take apart part of our back deck to access the back side of the house and they put it back together sufficiently.Our ******* was ******, and we really enjoyed working with him as well. He was super professional and new what was what. *** who
