I purchased a dual wine and beverage mini fridge for $638+ and it stopped working with in a year. Like others complaining about this company, they sent me a part that I spent hours uninstalling and reinstalling, cutting my hands up trying to pull apart wires, and the fridge still did not work. Bought a stove 2/29/24 for $886.86 from ********** and picked it up from the store 3/5/24. 8/21/24 only 5 months of having the stove the stove stopped working throwing E3 codes. I contacted multiple #s for the company which where all bad phone #s and finally found 1 # to get me through to 1 person who apuld like the line is to their cell phone. She said it was under warranty and technical support would email me about the issue. She advised there was no one I could physically speak to to help trouble shoot the issue. Today is 9/8/24 ans I have yet to get this email that I have called back and reverify my info multiple times. I now have 6 phone calls and messages left with no return phone call to resolve the issue and still do not have a working oven.Initial Complaint

In September 2022, we purchased a LANBO wine-beverage refrigerator (1 yrs. full warranty) from Lowes at a cost of approximately $950. The appliance was installed in our kitchen in January 2023 and the refrigerator stopped working after only 4 months of use. We have spent 3 months trying to get a response from Lanbo. We sent more than 20 emails using the company's customer service form, we sent another 20 emails to the listed customer service email address, we have left more than 50 voicemail messages on the listed '24/7 customer service' line. In response, we received one email and one text stating 'Here is Lanbo appliance - what is problem.' We responded to each over and over with no response.I do not believe the advertised one year warranty exists - I believe it is a fraud against consumers, in that the company and retails such as Lowes are selling a costly appliance with full knowledge that the stated warranty does not exist.We would like the item completely replaced, as it stopped working after only 4 months of use. Clearly the appliance is defective and given Lanbo lack of any customer service and non-existent warranty response, we have no faith in our ability to receive a reliable repair.We feel the scope of the fraud and number of impacted consumers should be reviewed by the Cumsumer Protection Branch as a criminal investigation or civil action such as a class action suit.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction - purchased a Landbo Appliance Wine Refrigerator - 10-21-2022. Registered it - 10-22-2022 Amount of money - $518.95 What the company committed to provide -There is a one year warranty against any malfunction of the wine refrigerator.What is the nature of the dispute - The wine refrigerator cycles on and off on an approximate ***** second cycle.Whether the business has tried to resolve this issue - Since 02-15-2023 when this recycling began, I have tried to reach Landbo Appliances in hopes of having this matter resolved. All attempts - emails, telephone calls, even trying to involve ********** (through which we made our purchase) has been to no avail. There has been no response, except a poorly written text message asking for information I had already submitted in written form to the company. A internet search of ****** warned against a possible scam. So, in response to the text message I suggested the writer of the text be in touch with their office as it contained the information they requested. After that ... no more texts, no one answering the telephone, responding to my emails or a mailed envelope containing copies of the sales receipt/customer invoice (invoice # *************, warranty document, a description of the problem, and copies of emails with the ********** employee giving me a hand in trying to reach a resolution to this concern. In the troubleshooting section of the booklet that came with the wine refrigerator it appears that the repair could be as simple as the replacement of a faulty sensor.As to uploading receipts, etc ... I am stymied as I am a novice with this computer stuff ... and my children and grandchildren live far afield.Initial Complaint

- Ordered LANBOPRO LP66B - 31 Bottle 58 Can 2 Door Seamless Stainless Steel Combo Wine and Beverage Refrigerator.- Ordered from ********** on September 21, 2020.- Picked up from ********** September 28, 2020.-Purchased item for $1,090.56 and no extra warranty or protection plan purchased. -Wine cooler stopped cooling on 07/08/2022. - Reached out to Lanbo appliances through email explaining the issues we were having with the appliance we paid so much money for. They attempted to walk me through steps to fix the issue but none of them worked. Were still stuck with a wine cooler that isnt working and just taking up space. - I reached out to multiple local appliance stores to see if someone else can service that appliance and none are willing to come service the cooler. - Once again tried calling Lanbo to get service for cooler and I am unable to reach anyone over phone, only email. Anytime I tried calling Id get a voice message saying that voicemail box is full or voicemail box not setup. I have been emailing with Lanbo for the past week trying to get service help with this cooler and they are not doing anything to help me. They had me turn the machine on and run it for a few hours. The cooler compressor got so hot it felt like it was going to catch on fire and we could smell the compressor heat so we turned it off. I have sent them pictures of what looks like coolant leaking from machine and they have ignored these pictures and attempt to walk me through other things which are not working. I am seeking service for this wine cooler which we paid over one thousand dollars for or a refund in full. I will be reaching out to lawyer also because of how hot compressor got while trying one of their troubleshooting steps. It could have easily caught on fire and burnt our house down if we didnt check it and unplug it immediately. On Jamuary 14, 2022, I purchased a dual zone Lanbo beverage cooler through Amazon. On December 11, 2022, the beverage cooler quit working. I reached out to Lanbo service, after following providing my proof of purchase, troubleshooting steps were provided. When those steps failed I reached out and responded to the detailed questions provided. On December 14, 2022, it was determined that my unit was not repairable. When I asked Lanbo to provide next steps for warranty repair, or replacement, I was told that Lanboonly offers a warranty if the unit is purchased directly from Lanbo, and that I should contact the original seller. When I informed the customer service representative that this was incorrect, and in fact the Warranty provided on the Lanbo website contemplated service or replacement for all units, regardless or who it may have been purchased through†I was again told they would not honor the warranty. When I asked for a supervisor or the legal department I was ignored. Phone calls and text messages to the customer service line have also gone unanswered.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Lanbo two zone wine fridge on 6/11/22 from *********** Approximately 2 months later the unit suddenly stopped working (would not turn on at all). I contacted Lanbo and they sent me a replacement power board along with an instructional video on how to fix it. I followed the instructions exactly, replacing the part according to their instructions but the unit would not work. The power did come on but there was no reading of temperature, no cooling taking place, none of the buttons worked when pressed. I contacted the manufacturer again and they told me to "make sure everything was plugged in tightly. Again, I sent them video and photo evidence that everything was plugged in tightly and as they instructed yielding the same exact result of the fridge not working at all. It has been over a week since I requested a refund and offered to ship the fridge back to them directly so they knew I wasn't trying to rip them off. They refuse to respond or give the same response of "make sure everything is plugged in" completely ignoring my request for a refund. The fridge was owned for approximately 2 months before failure. I also attempted to return the item to ********** but was informed that it was "non-returnable" and that I would have to work through the manufacturer.Customer Answer

I had purchased the fridge exactly one year ago. It suddenly stopped working and is constantly making noise. I tried several times to call and email the company and I get no response. I paid $900.00 and I want them to repair it. I want someone to return my messages.
