I purchased their membership that says they will give a 30% discount for some courses and provide free class materials. After purchasing the membership, no such deal is provided for membership members if you try to buy the classes directly online. The refund policy says you can ask for a refund within 24 hours. I emailed the customer service within the 24 hours, and he only emailed back to ask why I wanted to refund. I gave the reason that their online certification did not comply with USA ANSI standards. After that, they ignored me entirely, even after I followed up with another email. Once you let them swipe your credit card, they provide no customer service. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute such a charge. In addition, they automatically enroll you with an annual membership renewal without your consent. Watch out for fraud and fake IT certification systems.
