    I ordered a Burgundy bang wig for $93.00 on 02/04/2024. I have not received the wig nor an email with a tracking number. I emailed gorgeous wigs several times with no response

    I placed an order with the company June 07, 2023. I was provided in accurate tracking information. I reached out to the company via email on from June 08. 23 to June 11, 23 which is the only form of communication that I've ever had with the business and requested accurate tracking information. At this time I requested to please cancel the order. June 12, I emailed the company and let them know that I still hadn't received my order. I did receive an email acknowledging that they had provided me with inaccurate shipping information and that my expected delivery was June 12. June 13, I emailed them letting them know that I still hadn't received the delivery and I would like to cancel the order because I would be out if the country on a cruise if I don't receive it by June 15, 23. At this time I was told that it was delivered but they weren't able to tell me where and I was told that they would reach out to ***** June 16, 23 I requested that the order be cancelled because I hadn't received it and I would be traveling out of the country. The companies reply was please be patient. June 16, I opened a case with afterpay which is how I made the purchase. At this time the business asked me to close tha case and ensured me that they would take care of the issue. June 25th I reached out and requested a refund and to cancel the order again. June 26th I was told that they still haven't received a response from *****I requested a refund again.July 11 I was informed that I would receive a replacement order and to confirm my address and preferred method of delivery. I requested the fastest most accurate method. Preferably DHL which was a choice that I was given. I reached out to follow up 08/29 about the replacement order and was sent the initial email tracking correspondence. After5-6 emails I expressed that I was told that I would receive a replacement order and I provided the email that stated that I would receive a replacement order. As of Sept 5 still no order.

    I (buyer) made an online purchase from Gorgious using PayPal. Seller sent an item different from what was pictured and described. Per the sellers and PayPal policy a full refund is due to the buyer. PayPal and seller refuse to uphold this policy. PayPal and the seller have failed to acknowledge photographic evidence provided by the buyer. Instead they have held the buyer at fault for the return shipping costs. Only after making a claim with PayPal did i learn that company is in *****. Thus return shipping would cost more than the cost of the item. PayPal is supporting this well executed scheme as they profit from a portion of the transaction. PayPal is willingly participating in the scamming of US customers for profit. The Buyer Protection policy is a front to ensure US customers of some sort of protection or safety from scams. I request a full refund of my purchase from the seller/PayPal. PayPal is liable as they are falsely advertising buyer protection and refund on purchases, which is not the case. They prefer that the sellers continue to scam customers so that they (PayPal) can also gain a profit. This issue will be escalated to congress and the fair trade commission.

    I have emailed the company and sent photo evidence that the $189.90 wig I purchased is not as pictured or described on their website. They keep giving me the runaround in their responses. Asking what is specifically different when I've already explained that and requesting pictures that were previously sent. I am tired of them skirting the issue. On 3/28/2023 I wrote the following, "I received 2 yesterday that I also sent you an email about as soon as I opened the box and tried them on. The order shown below (#GU104900) arrived 3/27/2023. I was extremely disappointed to find that the Mix Color Highlight Posh Curl Wig With Bang 16 inch / Highlight wig was not as pictured on your website. As you can see in the attached photos, there is one small streak of highlight in the bang. The wig does not have the highlights shown in the online picture. If highlights are in the product description and the website picture, I expect to receive a wig with highlights. I would like to return it. I am also not thrilled with the quality of the Fearless Nature | 1-Brush-Stylist Easy Signature Style from the same order. It does not feel as soft and real as the other wigs that I have purchased from your company. I want to return both of them. " I gave up on addressing the issue with the Fearless Nature as I could not get anyone to admit that the Mix Color Highlight wig is not as advertised. I would actually like a refund for both and will never do business with ******* again. They have terrible customer service.

    Wig sizing and quality was insufficient to my standards. I contacted the company immediately to process a return. The company is refusing to provide a return address and issue a refund. The company asked for a picture which was provided and they confirmed the product was unworn or damaged. The still will not issue a return label. I am requesting a full refund.

    The date of my purchase was Feb. 13, 2023. I made a purchase to "Gorgius" an online hair company, in the amount of $143.92. I received my purchase 3days later, Feb. 17, 2023. My purchase did not fit due to an extremely small wig cap size, so I reached out to their customer service to receive their return policy and instructions, they responded to one email of mine, stating that in order to return, I would have to pay a $20.00 shipping fee, as well as pay for the freight. I have no idea what that even means. When I emailed them back for further instruction, they never responded. I tried to contact them on their online page on social media and they blocked me for leaving an HONEST, negative review including this same information I am giving here. All I want to do is return their package and receive a refund. The issue with the package is absolutely NO FAULT OF MINE, it simply does not fit due to thus company sending a small size, I NEVER REQUESTED A SMALL SIZE, so I'm not sure why they sent such a small wig. My order number is GU98234 and my *** tracking number is **********************. I have my emails as proof as well as the packaging the product arrived in which was not the same as a previous package I ordered from them before. I just want my money back at this point and this company is simply not cooperating with me. I have sent pictures of my emails, I can also forward them all to you if you'd like. Thank you

    I ordered a wig. Payed $139.90. The wig is horrible. It not even close to the advertisement. It was a horrible. I tried to contact them on their web page. It had contact us but when you clicked on it nothing came up. No phone number to call as. It came DHL from *****.

    I did not like any of the three wigs I purchased from the Gorgius website! I understand that the wigs do not look like the pictures right from the box, but this was not about that. I was not happy with what I purchased in terms of look and quality. I asked for the return information and I sent photos and videos as requested. I asked their customer service on their website (3 times), ******** (1 time), and Instagram (1 time). Each of those 5 times, they either ignored my messages or sent a response asking me to try different styling techniques and persuading me to keep the wigs. They never sent me the return information. Now I am out of hundreds of dollars AND I have three ugly wigs I will never wear. Terrible company and customer service! From the looks of the other complaints on BBB by other dissatisfied customers, it is common practice to ignore messages from people who want a refund. I submitted reviews on their website and commented about my experience on their social media posts, and of course they delete the comments and don't allow any negative reviews on their website to be approved. That's probably why we keep thinking their company is reputable and their wigs are good quality!

    This company has let a package that should have been shipped to me back in September, but had the wrong name and address, sit for over a month at a USPS warehouse. They have ignore my emails, lied to the middle party (Afterpay) stating that they have taken care of it, but as you can see from the tracking # nothing has been done. I no longer want the item, have made 2 of 4 payments for an item that's sitting in a warehouse. All they needed to do was call the post office and have it returned to sender, then mail it to me at the correct address, last month when I first contacted them. I want a full refund. I never received the item, so there is no grace period on a return, this company allowed this to drag on, well over a month. So they have to assume responsibility for extremely poor customer service!

    I purchased a wig from them and when I received it, it didn't look like the photos. So I decided I wanted to return it. Wigs are very expensive so I want to love what I purchase. I was really excited to try this company because of all the great reviews. I sent them an email to get the return process started because they have nothing on their website explaining the return process. I sent the email on 26 September and they emailed me right back asking for pictures and video of the wig. The top of the wig was really thin and there were tracks exposed and it wasn't flattering. I sent the photos. Then they asked me to send measurements. Basically this return process began to become tedious and drawn out and I became really frustrated because all I wanted to do was move forward with the exchange. It's not my responsibility to make their company better by sending photos and measurements. After a week of getting the run around, they finally sent me the address to return the wig. I mailed the wig back just the way I received it. They received the wig this Monday according to tracking. Then they sent an email saying once they receive the wig they will inspect it and send a link. Once they receive it? The tracking says it was delivered. I have since then sent several messages to get clarification and an update which they have ignored for days. It has been days and I have no idea what's going on. I requested a refund since they now have the wig & they haven't responded for days. I now believe I am being purposely ignored by this company. I just want a full refund on the wig I returned to them. I went ahead and ordered another wig since they are dragging out the process & I hope it goes well this time. I also wrote an honest review on their website about my experience and my review is nowhere to be found. They only have high rated reviews posted on their website which I think is extremely dishonest of them. I have never had to complain about a business like this before.
