He provided detailed videos, photos, and clear explanations, making me confident in my decision from miles away. His responsiveness ensured I had all the information I needed without feeling rushed.*****, the sales manager, was fantastic. He ensured all documents were accurate and easy to understand, giving me peace of mind. He also secured a free warranty, showing they werent just focused on closing the dealthey wanted to ensure my satisfaction.***, the general manager, played a key role in making sure everything went smoothly. He personally ensured I got a Certified Pre-Owned warranty for my Bolt EV, adding more value and security to my purchase.     I regret purchasing a used car from the Watsonville GMC Cadillac. I was assisted by young kid name *****. their prices that they were throwing at me were really high and he kept having to go back-and-forth to tell his boss not once did the manager come out and speak to me directly. I ended up getting the car and three days later there was an issue then 30 days later there was an issue, but this time it was going to cost me, I believe their business practices are very unethical, and they have not tried to resolve the issue no compassion nothing I will never ever go back there. I am very saddened by this experience that they would take it vantage of a single mother of three.
