I had issues with my vehicle, brought my vehicle in to CDJR West Covina over a year ago for the issue And nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I had to personally contact my extended warranty company. Then I find out CDJR has been contacting the wrong warranty company? Truck is still not repaired.

On April 29th, I went to Envision CDJR to purchase a 2019 Lexus RC350 they had advertised for $29,990. I made them aware my bank was going to issue me a check via an auto loan and they said it was fine. After the license and tax fees were applied, they said the car would be $36,000 but I would have to pay them 4 months of financing fees before I could complete the transaction. I told them I did not agree with their method and said other dealerships I have visited only required 1 month before I could transfer the contract over to my bank. I was told that it doesn't matter because if I wanted to buy the Lexus I would have to pay them 4 months before I could transfer the contract.I told them I wouldn't and said I would take my business somewhere else. The sales manager then told me she would waive the 4-month requirement if I would lie to my bank and say that the car total was $38,000. I told her that was unethical on her behalf and bad business to ask clients to pay more than the actual price if they want to buy a car.And I left. I visited a different Envision dealership and complained about the experience at ****. They attempted to make things right by requesting that the Lexus RC350 be transferred to them to complete the sale with me.CDJR told them that they would not transfer the car over unless they were paid $33,000 for the car. Even though the car is listed for $29,990 on the Envision Motors website.Needless to say, I left with a very bad experience and no car.

I sold a vehicle about two months ago. Whoever purchased this vehicle began taking it to Envision CDJR in West Covina. Since that time, I have repeatedly gotten emails regarding service, invoices and customer service surveys with my name on it using my information. In addition, the ************ activated a SIRIUS XM subscription using my information. I cancelled the first one, and then they attempted again, using a different email address of mine. I have called them several times, texted them and sent them emails with absolutely no response. I even had the Jeep Mopar ********************************* try to call them, and they were put on hold indefinitely. The ******** Service agent even told them where she was calling from. Her response to me was: "they clearly do not care".I want this Dealership to cease using/sharing my private information as well as delete it from there records. They are using it without my consent. I also want an explanation from them how this happened, and why no one is responding to my communications.

I bought my vehicle on the 31st of March. Before I signed papers I told them the radio had an error on it that stated it needed to be serviced. They assured me it was just a 10 minute update and to just come back the following day they would take care of it. I return the following day and they told me the vehicle was fixed so I left and 5 minutes later the error came back on so I went back. They told me not to worry it happens all the time it's just a usb hub. They ordered the hub I came back two days later for them to swap the hub. It didn't fix it. They told me it's the whole radio now and that the radio would be in on the 18th I told them that doesn't work for me I would rather unwind the jeep deal. They called corporate and got a master tech to come down the next day and they told me then it just needed an update so I brought it in again and the master tech updated the radio. It didn't fix it so they needed to order the radio... they also let me know that there was never a date for the radio to be delivered it was on back order. So the corporate guy pulled some strings and they stated the radio would now be here the 28th I told them that doesn't work they said to give them a couple days and they will get it expedited. I did that and they told me it updated to the 23rd but should still be in sooner than that. So I called the gm and he assured me it would be in sooner and this would be the fix. Today is the 23rd and everyone at the dealership has for the most part ignored me. The little replies I got were that the truck wasn't there yet with the parts. When I asked what time the truck normally gets there they told me 7am and I was asking about my part at 1pm. No one has gotten back to me they simply lied to me and fraudulently sold me a vehicle with issues while they assured me it was a simple easy fix. It has been anything but easy

On 2/18/2024, because of the advertisement, I went to Envison CDJR Covina to purchase a new Jeep Gladiator sport, but the advertised vehicle has been upgraded and the amount was totally different then their posted as told by the salesman, and proposed me to another vehicles which is one year old new jeep gladiator, after I agreed to purchase the vehicle by $30,000 down and $20,000 on finance by my credit report score is in 850, which shall qualify on 2.9% interest rate from Chrysler approved rate, the sales manager in the beginning After seeing that the rate was higher than average from BOA, I was perplexed as to why Chrysler rejected my loan despite having an 850 credit score.I sent a text message to the salesperson yesterday requesting the rejection report from Chrysler, and told them about the high interest rate they got for my vehicle loan, and the excuse is the interest rate bond into some of the rebate, my question to them is rebate is in negotiated and finalized before apply for a loan and nothing to do with the rebate and interest rate. The salesman kept blaming it on the loan manager not being in the office, and today's message says he doesn't know when the loan officer would be in for my request. All I want to know is that I received a fair and honest offer on the purchase from the finance and sales manager, and that they give me with the lowest interest rate allowed by state law.

July 31, 2023. I purchased a **** Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The amount is ****** USD OTD price. When I signed the purchase contract, the loan manager gave me a contract of $78,000, but I did not agree to the purchase. Later they agreed to give me the same discount if I purchased an additional warranty worth $6,000. And promised that I can return the extra warranty after one month. On September 1st I went to return the extra warranty and got a refund contract. It was promised that the money would be returned to my car loan account within *************************************************************** my car loan account. I went to the dealer several times and they always pushed back and said they would call me, but I never received any news. There is always no answer when I call. I've been asking for help on this for half a year, but I haven't gotten an answer.

I purchased a 2020 **** Fusion Titanium on April 8, 2023 from Envision CDJR in West Covina. I traded in my 2016 **** Fusion. Details are in the Contract that I signed. I was supposed to receive a check for $1000 within 3 weeks. Later by phone, I was advised once title to my 2016 **** Fusion was received from Penfed ********************* I would be sent the $1000 check by mail. Penfed confirmed they mailed the Title to my 2016 **** Fusion several months ago to Envision CDJR. I have called Envison CDJR numerous times for status, they do not return calls and there voicemail is full so I can no longer leave messages. Six months have passed and I have not received the $1000 check, agreed to in the Auto Sales Contract signed with Envision CDJR. I have a copy of the Contract. If this matter is not resolved I will be forced to seek further actions, including small claims court action. *************************

I recently received notice fro the credit bereu that they failed pay off the car until 90 plus days later and now i have a negative payment on my credit report. I have called them upwards of 10 times each time being promised they will resolve the issue and still nothing has happened to remedy the situation. They need to make this right and let the credit bureu know this is their error.
