    I went to the ** on July 8th 2021 and did not receive a bill until June 2023. The provider waited only 2 months to send to collections. Progressive management service took over the debt in September and then reported it to credit in November. Only waiting 2 months as opposed to the year you are now legally required to wait to report. They reported on Nov.6 2023.I have paid the account total in full and want my record taken off my credit.

    In your inquiry you stated you went to ER on 7/8/23 and didnt get bill under June 2023.  Stated we reported on your credit on 11/6/23.  You said you have paid the account in full and want removed from your credit.

    Our records show you paid the account in full on 11/10/23.  We submitted a request to Experian and TransUnion on 11/17/23 to have our tradeline removed from your credit reporting.

    Went into ******************** for a broken ankle on 11-09-2020. I was given a bill of $300.00 which I paid right there in the office, and took pictures of bank statements and receipt so this exact situation wouldn't happen. 3 years pass and I get a random email stating that I owe Progressive Management Systems $640.00 for a payment I paid 3 years ago. Now I can't get in contact from anyone from their side to get this resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never received a true and detailed itemized list of charges. Also I was in severe pain and dont remember signing anything and if I did it was only because under pressure and needed to to be seen.
