            On March 12, I went to Jump'n Jammin and bought two ******* pass cards for a total of $320. After swiping my card, the staff said that their machines sometimes have problems and need to be restarted. After restarting, they asked me to swipe my card again. A few days later, I found that the payment had been deducted twice. I then disputed it at the credit card center and then went to Jump'n Jammin to report the situation. The staff remembered me and said they would let the manager know. Then there was no response. The credit card center showed that it had sent a letter asking about Jump'n Jammin but there was no response. Here to tell all parents, if the staff asks you to swipe your credit card again, you must be vigilant and call the police immediately. Unless you want to go to BBB or small claims court to seek justice like me.
