1 starI went there last week and talked to my sales representative about the amount of money leasing for each month and the down payment for the *** 350 coupe. We've both agreed on the amount, so I got there again to sign any contract or payments needed. My salesperson has a great attitude towards our leasing of the car, but later the finance or whatever manager told us to go to his office and gave us a random but higher amount for both the down payment and monthly payment. We've asked, "Why is it more expensive now? Didn't we already agree on the price of what my sales told us?" The manager be like, "Don't listen to your sales, he listens to me. I make the final decision." Later, I was chatting with my husband about the price, the manager lost patience and grabbed the contract on the table, then left. With no word, I would think he acts like a kid when parents don't buy him candy. Bad service, bad patience, and bad temperament. Later, my husband and I left the store. But my husband was so mad at the manager's attitude that we went back. We started to argue with the manager, the manager started to say "get the f*** out of here, you guys are not suppose to be in here". We went into his office and argued about the words that he used against us and all of the other employees' attitudes towards us. We started to film, and they also started to film. One of the female employees there started to film us until we left and shook her head like we were wrong. This place is ridiculous, the attitude, environment, and all of their reactions towards my situation. This is a place full of racism. I feel so horrible and regret getting service from this store. Please do something about this manager, ***** **.Review fromGilberto G

1 starI had an extremely negative experience at this dealership. The sales tactics were aggressive and biased based on the cars customers drive. On June 19th, a slim, short white salesman in a suit who drives a ************ attended me. When I told him I drove a ******** C43, his disdain was palpable. He made me feel like I had committed an offense for not showing an immediate intention to purchase. After 15 minutes, he bluntly told me to choose a car and place an order, while pointing towards the exit. With my extensive experience in car sales, I recognize proper customer treatment, and this salesmans attitude was offensive and unprofessional. When I mentioned checking out the Audi dealership next door, he showed disdain and said, "You can't downgrade from ******** to Audi."If this is the standard customer treatment, your dealership will be on my blacklist. I will ensure all my acquaintances avoid your dealership and leave negative reviews on social media.Review fromJavante B

1 starI stumbled across ******* Covina website while searching for a G Wagon. While reviewing the interior description of vehicles, I noticed an awkward characterization of the seats. The seats were white with black trim but they decided to be offense and describe it was Platinum white and Black man. I initially thought it could've been a typo so I searched other G Wagons. I saw multiple interior descriptions that said "Black man." They even had "Black interior" listed on some vehicles. Now there are many words to describe a Black color but for some reason, they wanted to be tasteless and demeaning towards Black men. I thought it was blatantly racist and disgusting. I'm not sure why Mercedes Benz of West Covina thought it would be ok to do something so offensive. I reached out to them on their website on May 6th but haven't heard anything back, nor have the interior description changed. I don't think this complaint will suffice but it's a start.Review fromStacie T

1 starMy car, a 2019 Smart Car manufactured by ************* and purchased in June 2019 from the West Covina ******************************* has been a disaster. I had an unfortunate accident in April 2023 (car still under warranty with MBZ) and I reported this through my insurance company, ****************** The car was confirmed "not totaled" and it would be ready in May. It is now July 28 and I am still without a car. The hold up is not with the insurance provider but *************. The Interior door trim and side airbag must be made in order for the car to be road worthy. That said, MBZ do not have any spare parts and must make the part from scratch. When I speak to MBZ at West Covina, they don't provide me with the information I need and cannot provide me with an ETA. Isn't it law that all cars manufactured must have parts? Again, the year of my car is 2019 and MBZ have no parts, and they are refusing to give me an ETA of when I might receive these parts in order to use my car. All of this said, I am without transport but paying my high auto insurance premiums and unable to afford a rental car. MBZ have refused to give me a loaner or any idea of how long this will take. I have called MBZ in West Covina several times and they talk over me and don't give me any information. I have also asked on the likelihood that they buy my car from me, and they just pass me from person to person without a response. I am beyond frustrated and sad that I paid $30,000 for a car back in 2019 and it only has ****** miles on it, yet, I can't use it because it's in the hands of MBZ.Review fromRob V
