    I signed up for a 7 day trial that I requested to cancel prior to the 7 days and I got charged ***** Im requesting for Grindr to provide the credit to my ***** acccoubt Ive contact ***** and they have not issue the refund either. Additional complaints will be filed for misleading advertising if this issue is not resolved

    I was banned off grindr for no reason at all. I have not broken any rules and I can only assume they thought i was underage or people got mad at me for not hooking up and reported me, but im 21 and was 20 when the ban took place. The emails associated are: ******************* and ************************** They have no replied to my ban appeal in a month and its getting irritating since I never broke any rules on the app.

    I realize on the scale of global injustice, this is pretty small potatoes, but:On August 8th, 2025, I woke up and attempted to open Grindr only to find I had been banned. The appeal process didn't work for several days (meaning the actual button did not work for some reason), but when it did, apparently the case was reviewed and the company rested by their decision.The thing is, exactly nothing happened. I violated zero of their guidelines or rules. I had been on there since 2011 or 2012 with no problems. They've been completely opaque about why I was banned. All I hope for is to be allowed back on the platform.Furthermore, just FYI, I feel like what actually happened is that there is a very specific person back home in ********* (I was **********, ********** at the time of the ban) who is deeply psychotic and goes off his meds occasionally, and he has been trying to make my life extremely difficult. I have no proof that it was him, of course, just my gut. Now, I don't know how the Grindr account reporting process works, because I've never had to do it, but apparently you can just make up a story and be 100% believed, which doesn't strike me as a great business model. I am seriously considering legal action around slander, but that is beside the point.Either way, whatever the case, all I want is to be allowed back on and at least have access to the contacts I had made on there for years. The upshot is that they are "making the platform safe "for liars and grifters and kicking off people with good intentions (such as myself) who (for example) believe in enthusiastic (sexual) consent. I am happy to provide screenshots of the few conversations I've had over email with employees as well as the ban screen that comes up when I try to log on.     I am starting to believe that this app is actively creating and/or allowing fake profiles to exist. Today alone, I got over ************************************** I find it suspicious that this happens so often. I am starting to wonder if Grindr is actively creating and/or allowing bot accounts onto the app. Regardless, please fix this, it is getting out of hand!

    This company is all about MONEY and PROFIT. I pay for Grindr Extra and have for many years. Since they went public the app is c*** I have to favorite people to block them, the number of bots is out of control, my block list is all black boxes I can't see the face, the newest update crashed the app I had to delete the app and reinstall it, to talk to someone you wait days to get responses. I want my next 3 months of extra FREE, I will also be reporting they are stealing people's money, and they are not getting what they are paying for to the Florida Attorney General. I have never had such issues with an app like Grindr. They need to stop being money hungry and go back to what they were when the app was actually enjoyable to use. Way too many Ads for a paid subscription when you delete the Ad in your messages it keeps reappearing. As I said I want my next 3 months of extra FREE and the issues fixed.

    Over the past several months Grindr has steadily stopped moderating illegal activity on its platform, degrading the customer experience. They are contractually obligated to provide moderation both in the agreement with consumers and with their platform/App Store agreements for application providers. Daily, there are dozens or more fake accounts created that flood users viewing grid and sexually exploit consumers, solicit users for sexual services, or spam and phish users. Despite making reports daily of these accounts, ********************** stopped moderation of spam, scams, and other illegal activity in violation of its TOS and user agreements. When submitting escalation tickets, ****** a self-described Team Lead requested that tickets not be submitted. The moderators are more focused on spending time telling consumers not to report illegal and predatory behavior than actually removing these scam accounts.

    I have a monthly subscription. I forgot my password and password reset emails never come. There is no customer service. They tell you to submit a request and nothing ever gets done. It has been 2 days and i have heard anything. And Im paying for this.

    Grind app support is virtually non-existent. I appealed a ban, it took over 4 weeks for a response. I was asked to sign into the app to take a screenshot of the ban message, but it has changed to a different reason entirely. The support person "*****" responded within 5 min to tell me the ban was permanent and nothing would be done. He didn't answer my question as to why or how the ban reason was modified in the 4 weeks that I had no presence on the app. Grindr seemingly changed it at their whim in order to make permanent. They also collected my IP and device data to apply the ban at that level. Visitors to my home were banned when accessing the app from my wifi. There is no disclosure indicating they are entitled to access and store this information for app management purposes. Subsequent follow up requests have gone unanswered or been "closed" with no action.

    On July 3rd, 2025, I was automatically banned from Grindr via AI/automatic moderation. I have submitted an appeal on July 3rd and a detailed follow up on July 15th with no replies or responses seeking human moderation. I am seeking human moderation of my ban/ review of ticket #********. It is clear Grindr is using AI moderation which is falsely banning accounts and refusing to review appeals. This is forcing users to alternative apps such as sniffies increasing their market share and decreasing grindrs. The decreased market share will result in reduced shareholder profits.

    My account has been black due to apparently breaking policy yet I have not doing anything at all I appeal the ban and then hear nothing back. I have put proof of whatever they wanted and I get no where.
