    I was useing the bird app in ********* **** and I rented one of their scooters and in mid ride the scooter shut off and I was almost hit by a car because my speed reduced and the driver anticipated me to be clear of the road of which I was crossing . Turns out the bird scooter was manually turned off by the company. Said it was terminated because I was out of range of its network. Nowhere on the map does it show the range of its network. No fault of my own if they would of had it on the map I would of ordered a uber. Not only did I have to wait and order a uber I was late to my appointment and had to reschedule. Causing me to miss a day of work . I don't think theese companies take into consideration the time and obligations the citizens that use their services use have. I counted on the bird app and they not only screwed me out of a day of work they screwed me out of my money . Only offering 5 dollars out of 11 that they took. If you ask me they should pay for the day of work I missed but we all know that's not going to happen. I want my money back . Not half or 75 percent . I want the whole 11,35 that they took.

    Today I went on a run to a track about 1.5 miles away. I did my track run a little heavy. I thought a scooter ride a mile down the street would be nice. I could then do a nice cool-down walk the remaining half mile. So great! I find a Bird scooter right down the street. I navigate to the scooter and get it started no problem. Enjoyable ride. Its 5 AM so its basically just me. I get to my destination and attempt to park. Says I'm not in a parking zone. OK, seen this before. Ill just go back a couple hundred yards East because I know you can park there. No, doesn't work. OK. So I proceed to ride all around *********** for probably ***** minutes parking in multiple locations. I am in IT so I good into troubleshooting mode. I try and use the ** features with no success. Im tapping all over the map to try and find a place where I can park. I don't even think it would let me park back where I started. I then proceed to send my support issue to you.Finally I submit a ticket request to the company. They do refund me $10 as apparently this happens all the time where people just get charged extraordinary amounts for not being able to end a ride. In my case, my total expenses were $31+ for the ride which also triggered a $40 auto deposit. But I guess they gave me back $10, so my mile cost me $61 from my account to go down the street. The sad part is, they acknowledge that the Bluetooth connectivity can be bad and that it happens. If this happens all the time, safeguards must be in place to cancel the ride. I mean worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Do you know how anxious someone can be watching their account drain and the time keep going up and there's nothing you can do about it? And even when I contact customer service who knows it's an issues, throws a water bottle on a building file.
