      I ordered from HUM Nutrition on 11/28/21. The website states that you have to call or email to cancel further shipments. I sent three emails: 12/20/21, 12/30/22 and 1/18/22 instructing HUM to cancel all further orders. The supplements caused upset stomachs for me and I cannot take them. I never received a reply. I called today, 1/21/22, to cancel. The automated message said all representatives were busy and to leave a call back number. I was called back with an automated message that said they could not call me back and to leave a message. I called back to leave a message and this time the automated voice said they could not take my call and to send an email. I'm very frustrated and this feels like I'm being scammed at this point, because I cannot contact anyone to cancel my account and all further shipments.

      I signed up with Hum Nutrition on 10/23/2021, got very interested in the product since I've been trying to live and be healthier. I'm trying to get my husband on the same lifestyle and since this is a personalized product, I asked him to sign up and try these products with me to see how they worked for us both. They arrived a few days ago and my mother who just moved here from California and is staying with us until she finds a home decided that she also wanted to jump on the band wagon and try these supplements to see how they work for us all. After being excited and promoting your product to believe that the thank you in return for this is to be accused of committing fraud by your customer service agent Rachel because my name and my mother's name are too similar. Not the same but similar, so she cancelled both our subscriptions due to us violating your personal usage term of service. BTW, we used two different credit cards all which utilizes our individual names. I've never been so insulted in my whole life by a company, especially one which I just promoted to my entire family. So I want my money back that I spent on your products and I am more than happy to return whatever products we have here, I shouldn't have to pay for a product from a company that treats us as nothing more than low class criminals.

Upon review of your account and correspondence with us, I was able to find that you reached out to us by email on 11/2/21 and spoke to our Member Support Agent ****** regarding your account as well as your family Mother's account. As ****** stated, there were multiple accounts under the same name which violates personal usage terms of service. Upon communication with you, you confirmed that there were actually 2 different names for these accounts. ****** stated this may have been a simple mistake or error and offered to reactivate your accounts. We did not hear back from you at that time and have not taken further action without your confirmation. I would like to again apologize for your experience here at Hum Nutrition. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing customer experience. We value your feedback and take this complaint seriously. I hope the information I've provided to you is beneficial. I personally would like to return everything that you guys sent to us. I truly hate looking at those bottles on my kitchen counter and if you will not accept them back, we will just throw them in the trash. Your company can't treat people however they want to and that be an acceptable way to do business. No manager every called me to apologize and it seems like you guys are OK with ******'s behavior. She never asked a question or verified any information - she just felt comfortable making false accusations. That certainly doesn't seem like a company that takes this type of behavior seriously. I also had one of our Member Support Agent's attempt to reach you via phone with the phone number we have on file for you. Her name is ******* and she was able to leave you a voicemail.
