  I was informed there is no charge for services how they are for the people soon after signing the contract and speaking to the attorney they referred me to I find out this advocacy company wants 40% of my settlement which is a extreme amount and ridiculous as I read the review on BBB here they HAVE told someone else 24% all the information is deceiving and not ok and this company is money hungry and not truthful completely fraud.They are getting more of a percentage then the lawyers that are actually doing the work its ridiculous.

  Everyone that I spoke to and who has been helping me through the process has been very friendly and consistently returns my calls. For me, they clearly stated what they do and what the percentages are for me if a settlement is won. Unfortunately, more people will often write a complaint versus compliments and what is stated prior here has not been my experience. I've been very happy with their services so far and am grateful for their help.

  Very dissatisfied with the company and the service they provide. I was deceived into signing a contract with a higher percentage rate than initially discussed. Initially the company said they have a lawyer interested and already agreed to taking my case but I have to sign their contract first. After signing the contract Approx 20 pages the last page fine line totals 24%. which was a much higher number than discussed previously. I ended up signing a two page contract with the lawyer afterward stating they are not working with this company. I initiated the chain of command to make them aware of my issue with the company. Since me signing on this company gave promises of working with my lawyers to fight for me, advocate for me to protect my rights, to also serve in the role of HR to my lawyers etc. My lawyers stated they don't have anything to do with this company or their contract. It's been 1 year and 9 months and no one from the company has reached out to me. I'm guessing they provided a referral for me case but everything else they promised me was a lie. I have proof In my layers contact stating they are not working with this company. Do not trust this company! I will be going to the BBB next and possibly pursuing California employee advocates legally!

  Dadvocates is owned by a woman. you never see her, only men after business where she failed and blames us for lack of due dilligence on her part she than fires herself makes up lies about me threatening her then send me and email and voicemail that actually threatens me and my fatherhood. Dadvocates shoud be closed

  I am not surprised that this business is not BBB accredited. I am more than disappointed. I reached out to them as I found them on fb, because my case is complicated and I have a lot of violations to file against my employer. It has been overwhelming and the statute of limitation is running out. So because I just don't know how to get it all done and it overwhelms me I figured I better hurry and let an attorney do it so I don't lose more money on the claim. However, the woman who assessed my claim was very professional and pleasant and said I'd get a call within 5 days. I never got the call, so I reached out a week and a half after speaking to her and a day later got a response from the admin Hamandy Dialo, who stated they would reach me the following week at the beginning of it. They didn't. Mind you, I had already filled out the forms I was asked to when they approved my care in the beginning. So I reached out again and asked if I needed to do anything to get my appointment with an attorney and then got a response from Hamandy that stated, without explanation even tho I asked for one, that there was a delay so I needed to fill out another form and send it back and get another attorney and that hamanday would call me at 10, but didn't even state am or pm, to see if I had questions. Again, no call at 10am OR 10pm. So I reached out again a bit frustrated from the waiting and no explanation, lack of communication and the clock tucking as it had then been 20 days since I first called them for an attorney. I asked if they were short staffed and if I should look for another attorney as my case was losing money due to the statute. Then not addressing my cincern whatsoever, Hamandy texted to ask if I would be available at five on 6/30/22, I said ok. My call filter blocked the # but it was at 5:26pm. I didn't get it so messaged if I could have their # cuz my call filter blocked them. Hamady dropped my case and now won't respond. They cost me money and time wasted. Beware. Unprofessional
