      I have a subscription with **** and have tried to resolve this issue on my own but have not received any satisfaction.Two of my past orders have been defective and I need them to be replaced. **** said I have to pay to send them back. Here are the details:Order #******** Two issues with this order: I just opened it and one of the bottles and the top thin layer that covers the bottle was torn. They always say with it looks like the product could have been tampered with, don't use it. The other order looks like it was in heat too long. All the gummies are some what melted. I know they are gummies and have a sticky consistency but these are extremely sticky almost a watery stickiness. I can see the sticky residue on the inside of the bottle. I have never had this before.

      I am reviewing comments about the Goli product. Theres so many complaints about packaging with damages etc. it sounds very dangerous. If packages are Damaged by shipping then ok. But it doesnt sound like it. The company apologizes and is happy to replace the order etc. but what is the real problem? As a concerned consumer whom bought a bottle recently Im not liking these complaints and would like to know more information.

      Unfortunately, some packages can be damaged during transit, and it is out of our control. We are happy to replace all damaged packages once proof is provided to us!

      Our family has a monthly subscription to Goli that ensures we have our supplements regularly. Our September supply arrived with all the bottles damaged. The outside plastic covering was missing, the inside protective coverings were all damaged and the gummies are all sticky and gooey. I've sent FOUR emails requesting assistance with this order. NO ONE has bothered to respond, but once my credit card became unavailable they sent me an email asking me to update my card. I will NOT BE providing anymore credit card information to a company that does not value me as a customer enough to respond to an email regarding a damaged, unusable product. I paid for a product, I should receive THAT product. SHAME ON GOLI for NOT having a customer service phone number for problem resolution AND then not respond to the suggested means of contacting them.

      I order Goli gummies it took more thank 4 weeks to be delivered. Once I received my order. The seal was broken the super fruit one that was open already no plastic seal around it. Some of the gummies were melted stuff running down the bottle. I wouldnt want if the hadnt been open. My apple cider vinegar ones are melted also and stuck to each other. You cannot get them out without using a fork to get them out. Some of those bottles plastic film around the top was missing. But the seal looked intact. I even sent pictures of the bottle. I purchased 9 bottles from them. The beets one was on back order. Why take money on products you didnt have to sell in the 1st place. Over 4 weeks is a long time to wait.Ive email 2 different times since my order was delivered 10/6/2023 but havent received any response back. So today i looked for a number to call them. Found it call them. But you have to leave a message no live person to talk to. So I did. So I decided to check out their reviews on BBB site and thats when I knew I was in trouble. This is nothing new. I actually hurt to find this out. I really thought **** was better than this.

      on 8/7/23 a withdrawal was done by goli for product i cancelled i contacted them and was assured that future orders were cancelled, this order was received by **** tracking code **** **** **** **** **** 81 on 8/12/23 cost $ 72 .25 an other order was received on 9/9 2023 **** tracking **** **** **** **** **** 61 after trying to cancel again the system showed cancel but the delivery shows it was still on order I have sent numerous e mails through their system and even called the and left a message and still no reply cost $72.25

      It appears that ongoing communication via email truly has any resolution in a timely manner. 2 separate orders (orders #******** & #********) were placed that included 6 bottles of Super greens in each order. After looking further into the b12 (Cyanocobalamin) they use can cause impair Kidney function. The have a try risk free on their website. It appears each representative has their own idea what this means. I have asked in multiple communication attempts with many representatives to replace the bottles with Superfruit. Whereas the representative ***** is insisting that I must send back all bottles and pay for the shipping which will equate the cost of 1 order. This does not state in any place on the website with the try risk free option. They only respond once a day if they feel up to it so if a supervisor can address this issue in a truly timely manner. After all this time I would like a refund , they do not stand behind their product as described.

      I recieved my order #******** that was shipped on 7/28/28. It is one of my scheduled 12 weeks delivery of 3 Bottles of Supergreens Gummies. The supplements were dried out and the expiration date of a 90-Day supply would expire prior to completing my supply. I requested a replacement order and recieved #******** and it was a 90-day supply from the same lot # and had a 9/2023 expiration. I reached out several times. They requested pictures of the product and I provided several times to May L. and ************ Yet no response and no replacement product or an explanation to why my replacement order is from the same lot # and has and expiration date of 9/2023

      RE: Order # ******** On 9/3 I placed an order for Goli's Beet Gummies ( 3 Bottle package). I paid $53.50 for this order. I had assumed that it would have been sent out, along with another order from them. After I didn't hear anything I made an inquiry myself and found out today 9/6 via the reply to my email to them that this product was 'OUT OF STOCK". They did not bother to notify me on their own, or process my refund. I am extremely disappointed in this company and have lost trust.At this time I want an 'IMMEDIATE REFUND". This is absolutely 'unprofessional, and it lacks ethics".

      My order number is ********. On their website they say they offer money back. When I contacted them they refused to give me a refund unless I pay for the shipping. Just like other people here Im complaining about the same thing they say they will refund you but they do not want to unless you spend half what I paid for the order for the shipping!
