    Date of transaction was 09/16/2024 delivered 09/19/2021. slippers did not fit were too small even tho size 12 should have worked. Have 30 days to return but web site for returns keeps saying unable to find. Tried support@laceandlawn,com as instructed on their web site could not get a return as it gave a url to click on to no avail. Tried on 3 different devices. Also, phone number for business says disconnected, **************. It should not be this difficult and time consuming to get permission for a return.

    On January 28, 2024, I placed an order with Rock Dove Footwear via ******* I subsequently tried to track my order, and was provided with a bogus tracking number for Doordash. I contacted ***** who advised me that the order ships directly from Rock Dove and they therefore are the actual seller of the order. I received an email from Rock Dove stating that my order had been delivered which it has not been. I requested a valid tracking number and/or a cancellation and refund and they have not provided either.
