1 starIm so disappointed in you them right now that I will never ever buy from them again. My dress came in the mail smelling like someone elses and it smells terrible. On top of that the dress has some issues. It looks like the person wore it and changed their mind about it. This dress was supposed to be my wedding dress now Im obligated to find another dress. I always buy from them and I trusted them. I didnt expect this from them at all and thats why Im super disappointed in them. Sadly I cant send the dress back because I threw the package away before even trying because I trusted them. Now they are asking me to send the package at my own expense!!! ! 1 starI placed an order for delivery by February 9th. February 9th hit and my didn't deliver so I gave it a few more days and then February 12th came and only one item from my order came in. I waited a few more days and decided to reach out on Feb 16th and they told me to allow until February 25th for a shipping update. I asked for an update on February 23rd because the tracking never updated and they then told me to allow until March 10th for a shipping update. At this point, I asked for a refund because it will be over a month and a half since I ordered and that March 10th date wasn't even a guarantee of delivery, just an update, so I no longer need the sweaters I ordered. The agents kept closing the chat on me, so I had to keep reopening it and asking for a refund for 2 days straight. The next agent then told me to allow for an update by February 27th, so I did and messaged again and this time, they told me to allow until March 12th for an update. All of these dates they are providing me are not even guarantee of delivery. I also asked that if I wait for this date, will I get a refund and none of the agents ever answer that question. They always send me a generic response and close the chat before I can even respond. I want a refund, I do want to keep messaging with the promise of an update and then when the day comes, I'm told to wait for another date that is 2 weeks away.Review fromDes N

1 starThey sent me 2 different styles instead of a pair of shoes I ordered. Asked me to print a return label which I took to post office and was told *** does not have a contract anymore with ****. Have written atleast 10 emails to customer service and still cannot return faulty item and cannot get my money back. Very disappointed and will never buy from them again. I don't remember my password and I use the reset method they proved but never receive an email to change my password. I have tried this a many time day and night no response. 1 starI had a deeply frustrating experience with PrettyLittleThing that has left me extremely disappointed. I placed an order that included several items, one of which was the Sage Khaki Multi Buckle Contrast Fabrics Aviator jacket. Despite being listed as part of my delivery, the jacket was never included in the package I received.When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they insisted that the item had been packed and even claimed to have screenshots and footage as evidence. However, when I requested to see this proof, they refused to provide it. Their only explanation was that the item had been scanned, which does not guarantee it was actually packed or ************ make matters worse, I had already noticed early on that the wrong itema pink cropped jacketwas included instead of the Sage jacket. At the time, I assumed the Sage jacket might arrive in a separate package, but it never did. When I brought this up to customer service, they completely dismissed my explanation and failed to address my concerns in good faith.This entire interaction has been unnecessarily complicated and unprofessional, especially over a $20 item. Its not about the moneyits about the principle. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, not vague statements and a refusal to share the proof they claim to have.Ive spent time and energy trying to resolve this, only to be met with dismissive responses and no resolution. PrettyLittleThings handling of this situation has been unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about their customer service practices. 1 starDeceptive advertising! I purchased a pair of boots that said they had a zipper on each of them and no zippers were found. And they deduct shipping of return from your refund. Horrible! 1 star---0 I ordered three pairs of jeans for my daughter on December 1st, with an expected delivery date of December 10th. When they didnt arrive on time, I contacted customer service, only to find out the jeans hadnt even left customs. This was strange, especially since I ordered sweatpants that arrived without issue. Apparently, the jeans were shipped from ******, which makes no sense since I live in *******. To make matters worse, the jeans finally arrived todayDecember 26thalmost a month late, and they sent the wrong sizes. I ordered a 10, 10, and 12, but they sent a 14, 14, and 16. My daughter has already waited long enough, and now theyre asking me to return the items. Why should I send them back only to wait another month for a refund? Its $80.85, and at this point, Im done. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, but its clear their customer service is lacking, and the experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here. Save yourself the trouble and go to the mall instead. Would I like a refund? Yes, but Im not dealing with the hassle anymore. Pretty Little Thing, please do better.Review fromPeyton T

I was supposed to receive my order on December 4th ands it is now December 15th. **************** told me I have to wait until at atleast December 27th to see if my package arrives before they will do anything. 1 starWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Disrespectful customer service and loss prevention even worse. Do NOT fall for the great discounts. Keep your money and purchase something elsewhere. Incorrect size of items sent and missing parcel. Both issues not addressed with customer service and they were not helpful instead were accusatory. 1 starif i could give zero stars, i would. horrible quality, horrible fit and even more horrible customer service and policies.their website states returns are $7 a label but does not include that if you are forced to create more than one label for the same order, you will have to pay $7 per label even for the same order and can not pack it in a parcel yourself where it will all fit. its very misleading and i have never experienced that with any other online retailer.customer service is horrible and different names will repeat the same thing over and over. do not shop here, do no waste your money or your time. the clothing isnt worth it no matter how many ads you see or influencers who promote them.this company has so many settlements and they just need to go bankrupt and end it. do not shop here and i will never shop here again
