Misleading. I placed an order last week. On the website and confirmation email it states that you get free returns on your first order. I bought numerous items because I didnt know how the clothes run and I was under the impression that I could return the first order for free. WRONG. I messaged customer service and sent a screenshot of the email to ask how to receive the free return on first order. Due to some changes, I am sorry to inform you that we do not offer free return for first order and this should be covered by your own cost. You may visit the link below for you to be guided on our return policy. How did the policy change so suddenly but still advertised in the emails and on website as advertising for first time purchases. Very misleading. If the policy changed so suddenly you would think an email would have been sent or some type of notification on the website addressing the sudden change.Review from sandi l

This company has zero customer service. You can't speak to anyone live and the phone number is disconnected. I am giving correct order number and the company says it does not recognize it to send a return label. Phone number is not in service and neither are they. If you email or use virtual live portal, forget it. I posted my review on their ********* I have to report them to credit card company. Any good review is probably a false one. If you purchase and receive it, you better like it. Beware. Read the horrible review before you waste your money. I hope they go out of business.Review from Jenny G

Currently dealing with PLT and their horrible customer service. They are unhelpful and don't offer much assistance if you have an issue with delivery. I used to order from them in the past, but had an issue with some items and stopped. I recently decided after 3 years to give them another shot and nothing has changed. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again because this particular item was for an important event and they messed it up for me.Review from Melissa F

I sent in my items to be refunded. Had my tracking number. Order was over $100 they never refunded me my money and kept my items. Kept telling me to wait till after April 15th still nothing. This site needs to be shut down.Review from Asy K

Placed an order on 3/8/24 . Today is 4/4/24 and I still havent received my order. Ive been reaching out all month . The tracking worked until a certain point .. it said it was being delayed for like 3 days and then it stopped updating. Everytime I open the tracking link I get a 404 error message. Its my conclusion that these are scammers. Nobody can find this package or tell me why it went missing TWICE . Theyre trifling I requested my money back too many times and for no reason clear to me they are unresponsive . This company needs to be investigated immediately. The more I look the more I find Too many similar stories. Thinking of suing cus Im not playing w these folks or anybody else .Review from Jasmin L

This company stole my money I paid and check out with Apple Pay may order didnt get through but they took the now y from my account I have asked numerous times when will I get my refund and I keep on getting the run around nobody reaches out to me and lets me know when will I get my money I spent almost $500 and they fail to respond . Do not order from this company. I recieved my package. However, it was missing the purse and green bodysuit I had ordered. The package was also open when it got to my home. It was secured by a clear tape. I attached photos of the bag it came with that shows the postal stamp that confirms it was opened. I kidly requested a refund and to this day I this issue has not resolved. This was from July of last year.Review from Nia W

ve been trying to submit a missing items claim all afternoon and Im getting no response from any means of contact (FB, iMessage, email, and live chat). I never received my packages despite them being allegedly delivered. *** contacted my neighbors who also saw nothing as well. I needed this for my birthday next weekend and Im sad I spent time and money on something that Ill never receive.Review from Dee E

Dont waste your time purchasing from this store. They are deceptive in their business practices. PLT made me pay for my return which is normal however I had to ship my same order in multiple shipments because their customer service representative gave me false information. They also sent me items that claimed to be matching sets but were completely different colors. The representative stated that it was because they get the items from multiple manufacturers and colors could be off. If this is the case then you should not sell the item as a matching set. Thats false advertising.
