I took my MacBook for diagnostic today, Sept 6th, he took it to the back room and return a few minutes later said diagnostic would be $195 ! When I asked what about the website announcing free diagnostic with bold letters, the young man said he had already done the free diagnostic in the back room (where he went for just a few minutes).Is there a way to make him erase that paragraph from his website I took my MacBook for diagnostic today, Sept 6th, he took it to the back room and return a few minutes later said diagnostic would be $195 ! " Did you know we offer FREE Apple computer service and repair DIAGNOSTICS?"Isnt there a penalty for false advertising??
