Ordered a couch, came from third party package was damaged, opened one and the ottoman was damaged, say package can't be opened...how would I have known there was an issue if I didn't open the box? sent a message, wrong email on the account. sent correct email. no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a couch using the ******* app, using the third party company ponliving furniture. The couch came sooner than expected however once I had it set up I noticed that the threads on the seem were coming apart and not sewn very well. I reached out to the company and was told to just cut the strings off. If I cut the strings off the seems, it will continue to unravel until the couch is no longer sewn together. Website lists full refund within 30ndays of receiving the product. The store has told me the following A note from Pon Living Furniture No Return to Store A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition. Items returned under the buyers remorse: The return shipping fee must be covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. 20% restocking fee will be charged.This policy is not listed anywhere on the page. Pon living does not have their own website to view such a matter either. This is misleading and poor customer service. I want a full refund and the product sent back to the store with all shipping costs paid for by the company as this is no fault of my own.
