    THEY AVOID YOU…. It is extremely hard to get anyone to help you with a cancellation. They don’t return your call. They don’t answer their phone. The only (1) email response, as of (12.06.24) took multiple efforts and does not provide you the proper information to cancel! Their customer service is terrible, It seems very misleading and sneaky if they don’t want to help their customers. As a customer you feel they avoid you on purpose They don’t seem to care about the stress they put on their customers. It’s a lot of money if you don’t like a product and if they keep shipping when you didn’t even know, it was AutoShip. They keep doing this to people they will not be in business. People work hard for their money and don’t like to be taken for granted, or feel they are being financially abused by a company. Tami H

    We are so proud of our new multi-functional / customer friendly website launched in September 2024. It’s because we’ve listened to our customers that we wanted to give everyone something they could easily manage on their own, as often as they like, and never need to pick up the phone or send an email. Our website’s product offers are clearly marked so customers can make mistake-proof selections between a one-time only purchase or a 30, 60 or 90 day subscription, and we have multiple payment options. This particular customer placed a 60 day subscription order on our website, which was delivered to her on December 2, 2024 at 1:52 PM. On December 3, 2024, the customer called at 5:22 AM, 5:25 AM and sent multiple emails. We are not open at these hours. We replied to the customers email to let her know that her subscription included a do-it-yourself management account and told her how to connect so she could customize or cancel at any time. We promptly replied to her two more times on December 4th & 5th, 2024 to answer her questions.

    I’ve been trying for months to cancel an order. I’ve called,sent emails and reported to credit card to stop payment. I can’t get any help. I don’t know where to go next. I can’t afford to to keep paying this every other month or so. $80

    Somehow, I ended up with auto delivery; I don't recall using AUTO DELIVERY, just wanted the one-time shipment and I ended up getting a 3rd delivery *WHICH IM RETURNING* I did email the company saying I do not want Auto-delivery, so this better get canceled. You cannot talk with a live agent. Need to get your stuff together and take care of your customers Christina! Other than the Horrible Customer Service I do Like the Makeup!

    We are having a hard time canceling service. We leave messages at the 1-800 number and never receive calls back. The web site listed on the credit card statement isn't a valid web site where we can submit a cancellation. We just received another shipment, and have returned it. The post office claimed we opened the package because of the way it was shipped, and they didn't want to return it. Maybe this will get us off the list. I DO NOT recommend this product because of the business practices of the company, and there is no way Christina Cosmetics should have an A+ rating at the BBB.

    It’s very hard to cancel with Christina cosmetics. I have call and I am referred back to online to cancel my order. There is no where I read that it is a cancellation fee. I want my order stop

    Ms. Bolder, We want everyone to be happy with their purchase and the set up of their customizable subscriptions! Our TV infomercial advertises the makeup kit comes with auto delivery. When you call to order we remind everyone in the greeting that they will receive a new shipment every 60 days. This occurs before we take any of your personal information. We also send a friendly reminder on every packing slip. Then, to follow up to make sure you're ready for your next shipment, we send out automated email alerts 3 days before a subscription order processes. In the email alert we include our customer service email so you can advise us if you would like to customize or cancel. I did a search and we have never received an email message from you at the email address provided on this complaint. Also, when you call our customer service 800 number at any time of the day or night we provide you with real time information on how to refuse or return shipments, and give you our customer service email address. It's pretty simple. Your account has been discontinued.

    I do not want anymore cosmetics from Christina Cosmetics Company. I want to cancel my order and have tried to call the number provided in which it sends you to customer service to email. I have sent two emails and I get no response from them. There is no where on their site to cancel an order ! I am trying to cancel before the next shipment is sent. I am not happy with this company and would not recommend it to anyone! I have rated this low because of not being able to contact or cancel.

    Hello C*****, I checked our customer service email and searched both emails provided on this complaint and on your account. Neither email address provided shows ever receiving an email from you. We would have gladly gotten back with you. If you replied to a No_ reply email for USPS tracking or No_reply email for order confirmation we do not receive those replies. However, our customer service message on our 800 number tells everyone how to contact us directly. Plus, all contact information and recommendations for refusing or returning shipments, accessing our return address, etc. is on every packing slip in one brief paragraph. I will be happy to discontinue your shipments, and we thank you for your business.
