    My 14 ounce ember cup had Teflon that was flaking off on the inside. I contacted Ember ?and received a replacement 10 ounce replacement cup, which was the wrong size and should’ve been the 14 ounce cup. Ember instructed me to return the 10 ounce cup and it would be replaced with the 14 ounce cup. I returned the 10 ounce cup on 01/28/2025. To date, I have yet to receive the 14 ounce replacement cup. I have made numerous inquiries to Ember in the past 3 months and yet have not received the cup. Order number 844819. There is either no response or automated return instructions.

    Purchased mug from target less than 1 year ago (under warranty). Coaster failed, as it always does. I have gone through about 4 of these mugs and the main issue is the coaster always failing. Ember is aware of this issue and refuses to fix it. The other issue is that the coating always falls off the mug... but that at least leaves the mug somewhat functional. A busted charger means my $150 mug is useless... unacceptable. The last time I contacted them, they suggested I buy a replacement (at a discount mind you) instead of honoring their warranty. This company is a scam and the practice of not honoring the warranty and making the customer purchase a new item as a fix should be illegal. Espcecially as they are aware of the problem. Attached is my support email thread, showing all of this. I would like Ember to honor their warranty and replace the coaster and the mug.

    I purchased Ember's travel mug with spring loaded top - the top broke - not sure if on warranty or not- but simply want to get replacement top or purchase replacement top. I wrote to company 6 or 7 times with serial number, photo etc.. No response except autoreposne that my email to support was received and to "give them time" to respond. I started emailing in mid - January 2025 and its now April 2025. no response or way to fix this expensive item.

    Ember Mug, 10oz version, stopped charging due to a pin getting stuck. According to their own documentation, you have to reach out for support. I've submitted multiple support cases and reached out over Facebook messenger as well. No responses. I'm not looking for a refund, only to know how to free the stuck pin. A quick Google search shows you that the company does not respond to support or warranty claims over it's products. I would advise against doing business with this company and would refrain from purchasing any of their products.

    The mug I bought from this company a year ago stopped working and has been flashing different colors. I looked on their website and it said to contact their support team. I did so 2 months ago via email and haven’t heard a response. I also sent requests via Facebook and Instagram to try to get someone to respond. I’ve followed up multiple times, and I haven’t heard back. I really need someone to help me get this fixed.

    My husband and I received ember mugs as a gift for mothers/fathers day 2024. The charging coaster has recessed pins and will not charge. We each sent emails 3/27/25 and I also called and left message a few weeks later, with just an instant email response saying responses are delayed and I followed instructions and added photos and serial numbers. Still no response. We are unable to used these mugs that cost over $100 each. Terrible customer service. All we are asking is for a replacement charging coaster for each mug. From complaints on their Facebook page it seems that it’s a common issue.

    I purchased a temperature control mug for $119.99 from Ember (through Amazon). It has stopped working and is is still under warranty. I have sent several emails and even an instagram message, trying to contact them, and have received no response. They don’t seem to have a phone number. I want the product fixed, replaced or the purchase price refunded. The problem seems to be a recessed prong in the charging tray.     My wife and i purchased two ember mugs. We were very happy but hers started having difficulty charging and then stopped. Looking online, it is a very common problem. So common that people are selling fix kits on ebay. The connectors on the base plate go bad. I wanted to call and discuss but their number is disconnected. i filled out an email on 2/18. No reply. On 3/24 I tried using their suggested FB messenger. Included pics and info. As of Monday, it had not been read. I reached out again. Tried the phone agin to make sure it wasnt me. NOTHING. What kinda awful customer service is this?? Something so simple as a follow up email has made a customer angry enough to get the BBB involved.

    I have attempted to contact the company multiple times over the past three weeks by email, social media sites (Facebook & Instagram) and by phone with NO response. A search on Reddit shows I am not alone - this company is not responding to any customer inquires, regardless of whether the product is in/out of warranty. I just tried calling the phone number listed on the BBB for this company and got a message that said "this Google subscriber is not available". If this company is not responding to its customers, it should not continue to sell a product.
