I am a newly licensed real estate agent and was contacted by Realtor.com shortly after creating my free account. I spoke with two representatives about their lead service. I made it clear that I wanted to try the service for about two months and then decide whether to *********** no point did either representative disclose that this was a one-year, non-cancellable contract. Instead, they positioned the offer as part of a 4th of July promotion and said that if I signed up right away, the price would be locked in for 12 months. I reasonably understood that to mean a fixed pricing term not a binding one-year commitment. After almost exactly two months, I attempted to cancel. Only then was I informed that the service could not be canceled and that I was locked in for a full year. I submitted a ticket and was told by their representatives, that my calls would be reviewed, but after multiple voicemails, I have received no ************ my opinion, this sales approach is intentionally misleading framing the 12 months in terms of pricing while failing to disclose the contractual lock-in. I am requesting cancellation without penalty and for Realtor.com to improve transparency in their sales process to prevent other new agents from being misled.

I received an overwhelming number of emails from this company; saw a minimum of 5 emails in a single day. When I tried to unsubscribe, I assumed I would be able to adjust my preferences, there was no option to manage settings. It gave me the impression that they prioritize aggressive email marketing over user experience. It felt more like spam than legitimate communication.

Realtor.com ****** ***** He was very persistent until we signed contract in October. From October to march he did nothing. In march i left my husband and my key was in lock box. The realtor messaged about showings being canceled. Unbeknownst to me this realtor and my soon to be ex basically teamed up against me and cut me out completely on this sale. Even though I signed the contract. A offer was put on the house 4 days before the contract expired. I said yes sale and thats all I ever heard. This realtor and my ex locked me out my own house between my key in lock box and the ex disassembling the main garage door leaving me no access into my own home. I told the realtor this happened and no response. This realtor and ex teamed up against me and ultimately didn't sale. I was owed an open house I also never received.

A Disturbing Experience with Realtor.comAvoid at All Costs!I am compelled to share my egregious experience with Realtor.com, which exemplifies a troubling business practice that exploits real estate agents. They entice you with bundle packages only to engage in deceptive billing practices, charging your card without proper consent. When I sought to cancel, my requests were either met with prolonged silence or outright disregard, resulting in yet another unauthorized charge. For the past three weeks, I have persistently pursued a refund, and while they finally agreed to reverse the latest charge, they flatly refused to refund my previous payments. Each time I articulated my reason for cancellationmy lack of intention to utilize the serviceI was met with dismissive remarks, as if my reasoning held no merit. Moreover, when I requested to escalate the issue to a manager, my plea was summarily denied, and I was told, Im not arguing with you, despite the fact that the representative was, in fact, arguing throughout our exchange. This entire ordeal has been profoundly frustrating and disheartening. I strongly advise my fellow agents to exercise extreme caution when engaging with Realtor.com. Their practices border on unscrupulous, and they do not respect the value of your time or money. Save yourself the headache and seek more reputable alternatives!I want my money back- $400- do not use this company for leads!

Realtor.com aka move *** aka connections plus have scammed me and their needs to be consequences so this company stops doing this to hard working people.I got on a plan paying $990 per month for what I was told were real estate leads . Motivated buyers and sellers. What I received was 9 leads ( promised 15 per month by ******* over the phone) 0 out of the9 were a real person who actually was interested in buying a house. The closest I got to a real estate lead was someone that I got a hold of immediately said stop spamming me I have no idea what you are talking about realtor.com inquiries. one of the bots still sends me a word for word identical text message every two weeks. I confronted realtor.com midway through my first month stating these are trash and why did I give you 990$ up front for . They sent me a script on how to talk to the lead, (best practices) little do they know Im very experienced. They brushed off my concerns and were very rude about it. But comes the start of the second month and they are harassing me at all hours of the day for payment when I dont even receive leads from them anymore. So at this point Im not even paying for a robot lead or fakeleads .they run my credit card whenever they please to (3-4 times a day) that I didnt t authorize. They are seriously the biggest mistake Ive made in real estate. What they are doing is bad business and no way can be legal. This will keep happening to innocent hard working people until something is done.

On their website as I write this, REALTOR.com has a big section advertising a program where you don't have to pay anything at closing. I couldn't find anything on their site as to what I would be paying at closing, so I filled out the form to be contacted. When I got a call back the nice agent informed me that they aren't offering that program right now and proceeded on selling me on the month service they provide. Bait and switch plain and simple. We should have never sold the website. Move should MOOOOVE ON!

Terrible leads and even worst customer service. Can never get a hold of them and trying to cancel as the leads are unresponsive or plan rude when following up with them. I have one lead that actually worked out from them (thank the lord!) but the rest are TRASH. I was never told about any buy-out or cancellation things and they are refusing to cancel my leads. Told me that I will have to keep my membership or pay almost $2000 to cancel. This service is so predatory and not good for any agent to use. My biggest issue is that they never actually send you a contract, just a receipt of your first purchase so I have no legal way to fight back at this moment. They will be hearing from me constantly about how terrible this is and I will be getting out of this contract.

Im an agent that used Realtor.com for leads for several months. Not a single lead answered their phone, text, or email. When I called to cancel my subscription they told me, You can handle it with collections. Absolute scam. No agent should use them for leads.

After using realtor.com to contact a realtor in reference to a home that was for sale, almost instantly I started to get a lot of Spam and phishing emails. Some from realtor websites. And to add insult to injury the realtor name **** never showed up for appointment. I'm not the only one I know a few people that have had the same experience with their website. All one has to do it is go on their and spam will increase, It has taken 3 or 4 emails to them for Some of the junk email to slow down. Next complaint FTC.gov

Realtor.com claims they have qualified leads. I received "Leads" for one month after I subscribed. I received 3 leads. 1 had already sold their home. 1 was bogus information, Not a real person, not a real address. 1. Said they had no interest in selling their home. I called to cancel. I was given a lot of pushback but finally got a manager that said they apologized I was not happy and would cancel my account. It was never cancelled. I called a few more times and every time they tell me We'll look into it. Meanwhile, they keep charging me and I never get leads. I wouldn't want any of their leads anyhow even if they did send any. This company is a scam.
