            This is going back to March 27th of 2023. I was told that I had to pay a fee for tax service assistance. After paying over $3000 I was promised that my taxes would be lowered or forgiven. I had made numerous requests via email and phone calls for status updates, and nobody responded with anything tangible. Most of the time I didn't receive any answer from them. The amount that I owe the IRS is the same as it was when I solicited them for their assistance. They didn't do anything for me.

            I first contacted Tax Hardship Center LLC back in April 2022. They stated they could get me a substantial savings on my back taxes. I first paid the initial $495 to start the process. After that I paid over $5000. They said the process would take 6-9months for a resolution. It is now two years later and I still owe the IRS the same money I owed them from the start. The people stop responding to emails and are not answering the phones. I would like a refund and a response as to why they didn't fulfill their end of the deal.
