      I received title for my home that I purchased in 2023. When I received my property tax bill, I noticed that Timios made an error on my name. I tried contacting them but they do not answer the phone or respond to voicemail messages. Despite repeated attempts to contact them for a month, I have never heard from them.

      I had to pay $245.28 to Bay City title for HOA document fee purchases that they representing seller should pay under Maryland law. Documentation of the Maryland law was sent to them several times. They would reply it was estople fees but HOA documents are disclosure documents provided under Maryland law even though we couldn't get out of the contact if we disagree with the documents the documents still had to be provided. They provided no legal documentation to why except they are estople fees.
