    I've tried contacting this business to settle a collection account with collection agency: jhpde finance services there is none to speak to how do they expect us to reach them...

    I am not liable for this debt with Citibank, N.A. and do have a contract with JHPDE FINANCE I, LLC. They did not provide me with the original application, the purchased agreement of the subject account with original creditor and a complete payment history accounting from the original creditor like I have asked.It is against Federal Law - that has civil and criminal penalties - to be reporting accounts that over 7 years on a consumer report in effort to make money from those purchased debts on a mass scale.
