    We received an invoice for toner that we did not order and we did not receive. The tracking number mentioned on the invoice shows that the delivery was made to an address in another state. We would like the invoice credited and our account to be removed from the vendor's customer's list.     Someone called here, got our staff members name and the make and model of our copier then sent us an invoice for 4 Toner cartridges

    We rec'd an invoice from Imaging Center at ************************************************** Ph ************ Fx ************ for 4 Canon Toners that we did not request, nor did we receive any toners. We had rec'd a call from a business asking what type of copier we had. We told them the style but not the model #. They put that employee's name on the invoice. There is a shipping and handling fee for $129.90 and the fee for 4 toners of $1,759.60. I tried to call the company and it was just advertisements on the line, I was not able to get through to a person.

    3/7/2025 Imaging Center ************************************* Ste. *************************** Phone: ************ Fax ************ Email: ************************************* Imaging Center called our place of business and under false pretenses requested and got our copier information from an unsuspecting staff. They then sent an invoice for a toner order which was never place and never received. We just don't want this to happen again. Tried to call the above number that was listed on the invoice, which not a legitimate number.

    We never ordered, authorized anything from this company and they are not set up as a vendor. We deal with **'s and Contracts only. We receive our toners from our leasing company. I used the tracking number they had on the invoice and the product was sent to ************. That is a long way from Burns OR. Also, toners usually weigh more than 1.2 lbs. and 4 of them should have been bigger dimensions and or more than one item.

    Our company received an invoice dated 1/20/25 in the amount of $2,333.89 for 5 copy machine toners. This is not something we would have ordered from a random company out of **********. One of our front desk representatives name is on the invoice so I am guessing someone fraudulently called here asking for a copy machine ID number and the representative here not knowing the difference must have shared the information. We never received this order and will not be paying this invoice. When I attempted to call ************ it just asks for what city and state you are calling from and I am unwilling to provide them anymore of our practice information.

    We did not order these toners, we do not order toner at all for our facility as that is provided directly from the vendor automatically as needed. This is FRAUD we did not receive any products from this fraudulent IMAGING CENTER business.

    this company, Imaging Center, called our long term care facility, saying they are our copy machine provider and that we were out of toner. Weird, we were out of toner... however we do not purchase them from this company. They told are receptionist they would be shipping us our toner, she just said "ok". No toner has been received (thankfully). but we received and invoice for QUADRUPLE the amount we pay for toner.... the tracking number says it delievered to ** or something. WE did not order this toner, we would like an adjusted invoice that states we owe $0 and that this company not contact our facility again following. this is such a scam, and any receptionist at any facility could fall for this, ***... Luckily our accounts payable team questioned this absurd amount...

    This company is a scam. They called our office and spoke to our receptionist. The person on the line asked her which printer we have and her name. Then a couple of weeks later, we receive an invoice for toners with her name on it. The invoice is charging $1759.60 for 4 toners and S&H of $129.90. Totaling $1,889.50. As I'm reading these complaints, it sees like they are charging everyone the same thing. When I entered the tracking number listed on the invoice onto the ***** website, it gives me a message that there is no record of that tracking number. I have dialed the number that is provided in the invoice, and automated message answers asking for city and state. Then I get routed to a live person and they say that it is an information line. I explained to them that their number is listed on the invoice and they continue saying that they are 411 information line. We've received 1 invoices from them thus far and no way of how to contact them to dispute it. When I ******* the company, this BBB profile comes up instead.

    Just received a bill from this company for approximately $1900. They used my receptionist's name as the **** It is for toner for our copier. We do not pay for toner for our copier - it is included in the service agreement. I spoke with my receptionist - she did not place order. I attempted to call the number listed ************ - it is the 411 directory. Not the company that is on the invoice. They even sent a W9. This order was not placed by my office and I have no way to contact anyone.
