3 *************************** sub-contracted my business to this company, which operates under at least 2 names; Cross Country Relocation, Inc. as well as Super Movers and Packers. Both use the address of *******************************************************************************************************. Their credit card receipt indicates Moving and **************** with the same address. On moving day, the driver of sub contracted company wanted an additional $2,000 for "additional items" but said he could be talked down to $1,000. My daughter paid them.I called the sub-contracted company but their customer service *** and was unable to give me any sort of a coherent explanation. Instead I was told to take delivery and pay an additional $815 CASH, or she would withhold the delivery and charge for storage.I have left multiple messages over a 2 day period with the originally contracted company (3 ***************) with no response.I caution anyone from doing business with a moving company that uses ********************************** address. They operate under multiple names. Find another company.

They are HORRIBLE. THE customer service is horrible. They took my stuff and my delivery date was the 5th and today is the 14th and nothing. The dispatchers are horrible, and the "supervisor" is horrible. I am still waiting on my items and the driver does not respond back. EVERYTHING IS WRONG WRONG ABOUT THIS "COMPANY" DO NOT USE THEM.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They quoted me $2200 with a $700 deposit upfront. I even sent pictures for a more accurate quote. Then on pickup , they saw everything that needed to be loaded on truck , knew it was going to be more than they quoted me and still decided to load stuff & then came back halfway through and wanted to charge me a extra $2500 AFTER they loaded half of my things. I told them to cancel the move and to bring my items back into my apartment. They wanted $1000 cash to bring it back in or they said they would leave it on the street . VERY RUDE & Unprofessional. I plan on filing a lawsuit against this company for my money & more! NEVER AGAIN

Myself, like many of the individuals who had the misfortune of using this relocation service, have had nothing but a horrible experience working with Cross Country Relocation. I was charged double my original quote ($2100 to $4500). If I didn't pay the extra, my stuff was going to be left on the roadside. My wife and I drained our bank account and then drove across country with our two children from CA to MA with barely a dime because of these people. Now I am in the process of trying to get a summary of my charges because the price I paid has no measurements or item quantities attached to it. They threw the double price on a blank summary of charges sheet and then told us to pay 60% of it cash (even though the summary stipulates that only 50% needs to be paid up front). The manager that I'm working with, Sean, is the meanest and most irritable person I've ever tried to work with. He is the mastermind of this operation and will be the one who bullies you into the larger price and will yell over you and threaten your belongings to get the extra money. AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company. They are thieves masquerading as a business. They will charge you some competitive price and then at the time of drop off just double or triple it. You have no control over when they will pick up or drop off. They will state all these days , but the pick up and drop off will happen on their schedule. They would not give you any notice and just show up at your door. I can't believe this company is legally allowed to even operate. I have planned to escalate this and take them to a consumer court.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with and the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's a classic bait and switch operation with a little, "Pay us double the amount of our bid or we'll just throw your stuff off the truck on the roadside." added on. They literally threatened to discard my shipment God knows where and drive away. To put icing on the cake-- a large portion of my stuff is damaged. I'm disputing the credit card charge portion of their bill. I'm looking into filing a criminal complaint with the FBI.

Company gave me a price of $1377 for a move that I included pictures etc for them to come to that price, when they arrive, I was out of town so they had my agent sign another contract under the pretense it was for inventory release and the they increased the price to over $1900. of course they have a cash only policy, how does FMCSA (or the federal government) allow these companies to keep their DOT license. Not only did they overcharge, someone STOLE a ladder, and most of the material has some sort of damage, I should have check their ratings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will be screwed.

This company will not tell us where are shipment is. We sent a whole house of furniture from Sparks, NV to Georgia. To be held until we purchased a home and then delivered. They tried to deliver before I had my house, then again before the closing ignoring the requested delivery date of April 1, 2022. Now they say they are not the ones who have our stuff and they will not deliver, will not tell us where it is and now they need more money after adding more to the very detailed quote they doubled the price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOBODY WILL HELP! This is no longer a small claims matter. If I could give a negative rating I would!
