    Order number ****** date of transaction 07/09/2022 Purchase - Anti-aging LED light-shield Mask - total cost - 190 USD ********************* this company does not ship ********** I had a window of time of 5 weeks that I would be able to receive this product at a US address. This product was meant to be delivered in 1 week. It was lost in the mail for over a month and when it finally arrived to the US address about a week ago, it was not the product I had ordered. I wrote the company saying I will need the correct product shipped out, or that I want a refund, because I am only at this address for another couple days. They have been extremely slow at replying to emails, and there is absolutely no way to get a hold of them via telephone.

    I ordered a cooler from this site on May 26th. I emailed them on June 6th requesting a tracking number. Contacted via email, ******************* (where they state they reply immediately) requesting information with no response. I don't even see the cooler I purchased on their website anymore. I'd prefer to have them ship my cooler but I'll accept a refund.

    I placed an order a month ago for a *************** wallet and there is still no information on it other than my order has been processed . There is still No tracking information generated . They have my payment . I've emailed them more than once and no response. I used their 24/7 online chat where it says they respond immediately and no I'm has responded. This is very frustrating , I've paid for an item and still have no information.

    April 20 order#**** for a wallet $19.99 is what I was charged and I've tryed contacting them many times and no answer back and I've never even got a tracking number

    I purchased a LED Anti-acne mask from Poosh.com on 3/30 for $143.31 with the hopes it would help improve my skin. About a week later, I received the mask and used it one time for 15 minutes. The mask turned off and I assumed it needed charged. After charging it overnight, the mask still won't turn on. I emailed ************** twice requesting assistance and have not received a response. Poosh states that all email inquires will receive a response within 48 hours, as there is no phone number to call. This is now day 5 with no response. Since the product is defective, I would like a return or a replacement. Please help!

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/05/13) */ On 5/13 I received a replacement item from the manufacturer - after I contacted them directly. Poosh never provided another update and this was only resolved because I contacted the item manufacturer myself. This request can now be closed, but I will never shop at Poosh again due to their customer service and lack thereof. Thank you!
