    I purchased a 24oz bag of Badlands Ranch dog food after viewing a lengthy video about the high quality of the ingredients. The offer was $39.95 with refund if my dogs wouldn't eat the food. I was charged $48.94 for 3 cups of dog food, and my dogs don't like the food. I even tried it as a topper on their other food and offered pieces of the Badlands food as a treat. I plan to seek a refund, but wonder if Badlands Ranch will honor my request after reading the reviews from other customers.

    Ordered Probiotics on 2/21/2025 and it is now 3/17/2025 and still no product. Of course you sent for your money from my credit card. I was also hacked not too long after my order. I would advise not to use them.

    Bought product in summer. 3 bags to be specific. Were 24 oz bags. Made a purchase in December bought 6 bags. Bags are now 11.5 ounces and cost twice as much and received less product. Called company the only thing they could do for me was give a 30% refund. Not even send me the correct amount to make it right?!? Buyer beware. Do not purchase!

    I placed my order on 12/16/24 and received a confirmation. Within a couple of days I received tracking information from BLR courier; OnTrac. I have yet to receive my order. ****** tracking never received any information regarding my order. After 11 days I contacted Bandland Ranch customer service 12/26/24 explaining I havent received my order, OnTrac never received my order information and I had to purchase my dog more food; out of more money. I was issued another order which I have still not received. I contacted customer service today 12/31/24 and was refused a refund because the *** said its en route and due to the holidays things take longer. Although both customer ***s were professional I was taken aback when I was refused a refund after waiting 2 full weeks for 2 products that never showed. I was under the impression the second order was complementary for my pups inconvenience and the extra money I had to spend on more dog food. This is not a way to keep satisfied customers coming back. I am extremely disappointed. Going forward I will be researching a new dog food company that appreciates their customers.

    Badlands Ranchs dog food and treats are inconsistent. Their quality control is very poor. Food and treats made my dog sick. Unless you want to pay expensive return shipping costs, you are stuck with expensive food.

    This company suffers from ******* customer service. After my FIFTH (5th) email to their customer service, I am still waiting for a response. In each email, I respectfully asked Badlands Ranch to please cancel all Badlands Ranch dog food orders from here onwards.After my third email received no reply, I explained why I was canceling. My dog, who normally is not finicky about dog food, does NOT like Badlands Ranch dog food. IN FACT, he HATES IT. It is excessively dry and apparently flavorless. For a product that is purportedly made from natural meat products, my dog simply turns his nose up to ***** add insult to injury, Badland Ranchs so-called superfood is outrageously overpriced.

    ***BUYERS WHO LOVE THEIR PUPS - BEWARE*****HUGE scam. I fell for *********** commercial on ******* as I was searching for kibble alternatives for my aging dogs. Small batch, wholesome ingredients, no fillers, AND not available in big box retailers to keep the cost down for us, loving and caring pet owners? SIGN ME UP!It was a bit pricey, but hey - my pups are worth it and my first order was discounted.I got the food - my dogs are 75 lbs. The bags are 20ish ounces - 3 bags arrived 9/30 and were gone by 10/8. That's $100 for less than 2 weeks of food AND that price is w/ a promo discount....guess what. You can buy it at any big box pet supplies company online for less than what Badlands charges "full price" (without the discount). Shame on me for not fact checking ********* before buying into the propaganda.After deciding I was done, I cancelled my subscription and asked to return my unused treats (since they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee) - I have to pay shipping to return them. I contacted them on 10/8 - 8 days after I received my product. No answer. I then called them on 10/10 and missed the window....also, one of the bags on the BOTTOM of the box (I ordered 6 bags) came damaged, but since I didn't call immediately to report, I wasn't eligible for free shipping on the return. *****! Seems like they would offer free shipping on returns if they stood behind their product....because, I mean, if their product was truly that great then why would people return it?

    Seems like such a scam - I purchased some food and they had an offer for a large discount if you added more bags to your order. Thinking it couldn't hurt to get some more at such a good price, I clicked on it. It did not redirect me to a new checkout page to confirm the new order - there was no way to see what I was going to be charged for before it actually charged. The new page loaded saying it charged me for the bonus item, and a ton of something else I did not order or have interest in. I emailed *and* called immediately. The call took 20 minutes to answer, and she said she would have the order stopped before shipping. She didn't - it shipped, it arrived. I told them I would be happy to ship it back to them if they needed it back but they needed to pay for shipping. In all, I sent 6 emails about this, not a single one was answered. Never ordering from these guys again - theres a chance its just a terrible web interface that messes up orders, but the lack of concern about additional charges going through without authority or review is very concerning and leads me to believe it was set up this badly on purpose.

    Im disabled and bought one small bag of the chicken flavor because Ive been looking for a healthy food for her to eat. She wouldnt go anywhere near it even when she was hungry, Id just opened it, and I offered a piece from my hand as a treat! I logged into my account and cancelled my subscription . I emailed them to get a refund like other dog food companies do that my dogs trainer has tried. The only emails I started receiving were from ************************* explaining how one of the team had just lost their 13 year old dog and how theyre all broken hearted and taking some time to remember him and get through this time. What? Ok, I love dogs very much too but after the SECOND email that was similar to the first I started feeling like I was being scammed and played! I then called. The lady was rude and told me that she just canceled my subscription - so beware you cant manage your account online! You have to call. Then she emailed me forms to print out to mail back with the unused product. Their site says you can send an empty bag back and I have a screenshot of it with the refund policy after talking to them. Because Im disabled I dont have a printer and I dont have any family left. Im going to have to pay to get down to an Office Depot to have it printed and then pay to have it mailed back and THEN the email says to buy tracking just incase it might get lost! This is an EXTREMELY shady business and I wouldnt recommend anyone to even try this dog food! In the meantime I tried Sundays and got a refund as soon as I called! I then tried UnKibble through ************ and it was a huge hit! All I want is my $34 refund because living on disability is really tight right now. Badlands is HORRIBLE to deal with and theyll do and use any tactic they can to keep money!!! Why do I need to go through all of that to mail an empty bag back? Yes, I will do that because I cant afford the shipping too after I pay for everything else being disabled!

    I wanted to order one bag of dog food but they kept adding more bags to my order. I ended up with 9 big bags of the superfood complete and 6 bags of the treat bags which cost $355.22. The worse part is that it is very hard and my little dog wont eat it. I would like to send back 8 big bags and 5 treat bites.
