Ordered 3 bags of dog food for my 18 year old puppy as it seemed to be the best deal. I followed the directions trying different ways to introduce food. Not only would he not go near it but when mixed with food he liked, he wouldn't eat that either. Contacted them with questions about returning. Not all were answered. After second time questioning, got response that all bags needed to be returned, opened or not, therefore causing more money in postage to resend. They said they needed to account for each bag. Return shipping is on the customer. PO gave me the cheapest way to return and I spent between 1/3 and 1/2 of the cost of the food. This depends on where you are sending it ******* buyer beware that you really don't get all your money back. Other people I know who had had to return other dog foods only require that the empty bags be returned and the food can be dumped, therefore saving money on return postage. That is more fair than Dr ********************** approach.Very disappointed.Dr. Marty Pets

My dog loves the dry raw dog food. This is the first thing he goes too if I put out multiple food to choose from. My only small issue is the price of the dog food, very expensive.Dr. Marty Pets

Ordered three bags of Tilly treats (one time ) in Feb.for $38.85 Delivered on time for agreed price. Ordered again(3 bags) (no subscription) in April $38.85 Received 7 bags, one bag for $59.80, and three additional for an additional $38.85. AND the three I ordered!!! I then received notice that a subscription order for 3 bags of Natural Essential Wellness food for $***** had shipped. When I complained via chat, I explained that I never ordered Dog food, and tried to stop delivery. Was told "nothing we can do"....I demanded a return label and cancelled the subscription, I never ordered, they bargained and offered a discount. I now have to PAY to return the soon to be delivered dog food that I never ordered!!! I NEVER SUBSCRIBED to anyting, but when they receive the dog food back,(not treats) they will refund my $ ***** Im sooo disappointed, BEWARE!Dr. Marty Pets

Believed Dr. Marty's video, making healthy food, however our dog ended up with a heart problem, cardiomyopathy and bad teeth. Cardiologist said studies shows any food that contains peas, lentils, chickpeas, dry beans and white/sweet potatoes carries a risk for heart muscle damage. Pea protein, pea flour, pea dust any pea product should be avoided. Dr. Marty's has some of these and we IMMEDIATELY took our dog off this food!Dr. Marty Pets

I like the product. Our dog loves his food. But when I signed up for a subscription, I applied a discount code to save 10%. This discount was showing as applied on my screen, I hit order. On the confirmation screen, the discount was no longer applied. When I called, they said they cannot put a discount on a subscription. That's fine, but don't show it as being applied. They apologized for the confusion. But that's not confusion. That is intentional deceit.Dr. Marty Pets

It did exactly what wanted. A harder, better formed stool. My female Ridgeback tended to.have soft stools, very light, and sometimes with mucus. Not she eats it up (she was very finicky) with no problem. It worked great.Dr. Marty Pets

I bought it off and on for a couple of years for my 3 dogs, but cancelled my last large order because I saw alerts online about not feeding dogs food with sweet patotoes in the ingredients. All Dr. ******************** products have sweet patotoes except the treats. I now use Instinct freeze dried because it does not contain sweet patotoes.Dr. Marty Pets

I have been a loyal Dr ******************** customer for two years! Recently I ordered three bottles of Dr ******************** Alpha Guard on November 19th at a cost of ******. I was told when I placed my order that it would ship in 24 hours and they would email me tracking information. It has been five days since I placed my order and I still havent received a conformation email with a tracking number . I initiated a phone call today to find out what happened to my order and the rudest customer service representative answered and tried to blame me for ordering the product wrong and again said it would ship in ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Thank goodness I used Pay Pal for my order and canceled through ****** and my card was credited! I will never buy from Dr ********************** again! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with Dr ********************** rude customer service representatives and over rated and overpriced supplements and just walk into any pet store and buy a more superior ************* approved supplement! ******Dr. Marty Pets
