  ***** purchased a Vintage Swiss watch from seller . Transaction was through site : Chrono24, which included Certification that the watch was in great working condition , and Just recently was serviced. I could not get the watch to work , so I brought it to a *************** Watchmaker. They confirmed the watch was not working , and had not been serviced . I then requested to return the watch for a refund . They have denied my request , and offered no remedy at all . Just good luck They site the watch being opened , but it was examined by a *************** watchmaker , who found the Seller fraudulently represented the watchs condition as noted in the sales invoice . Im requesting help in securing a refund for returning the watch . Thankyou , ************** ************

  This consumer bought watch from our Company on Chrono24 platform . This watch was serviced as described . but this is vintage watch a lot of moving parts  ,there for we provided warranty . Chrono24 and our Company rules not allow third party to open our watches ( actually this every legitimate watch dealer rules) unless watchmaker affiliated with our Company . This consumer never contacted our Company or Chrono24 that he had any problem with the watch , he stated that after visiting some watchmaker how he called Swiss Certified it no such a thing as Swiss Certified watchmaker or Swiss Certificate , there is Certification by brands of the watches.

  We very kindly explained to this consumer that by breaking our Company and Chrono24 rules, he lost our warranty and ability return this watch, beside that for the frightening and blackmail our Company he was banned for any future purchasing from our Company. Therefor he decided to waste your time as well and contacted your Company, with absolutely groundless complain . BTW watch what he purchased it is extremely complicated vintage watch  , just a few watchmakers in all *** know how to open this watch without breaking ,how you understand after it was opened by Swiss Certified Watchmaker even we want to close our eyes on our rules(we definitely don't),we cant in this situation ,therefor please close this case , we cant and will not do anything for this consumer.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Fact : if watch worked , and was serviced , as proclaimed in For Sale Ad - no one would be reading this ! 
  The drawn out excuses , and falsehoods from selker here ,are just a continuation of the Fraud they committed. 
  Seller was caught committing Fraud - didnt like it - tried to take an  aggressive stance to make it appear the buyer is dumb and at  fault . 
  Buyer had a professional watch repairman look,  and confirm watch was not serviced / did not work , period ! 
  Seller knew were caught - offered zero remedy.    
  Platform Seller / Chrono 24 replied to buyer that they were sorry , and although they agreed with the buyers stance - could do nothing more than insist seller re visit their quality plans for the future . 
  Thankyou - & total red flag if looking to purchase from this dishonest , fraudulent watch seller .

  We did receive your letter with complain ,we believe that tone attitude and language of this complain must tell you what kind of scoundrel ,scolder, insolent liar this person is . He knows what he did , we explained to him numbers of times , we sent response to you with explanation of situation , he deny everything and again without any ground .We believe he understand that, therefor he just keep calling the names and  saying nonsense , basically he  just wasting your very valuable time and our as well and enjoying to do that. The Watch was serviced and how we explained in our previous letter this is vintage watch a lot of moving parts, it means anything can happen ,there for we provided warranty and in order to keep this warranty if something happened with the watch , he (or any other buyer ) must contact us not how he untruly  stated Swiss Certified watchmaker we explained in our previous letter why we believe that  his statement not a true , better to say false statement . All his complain groundless, shameless slander . We banned him forever for any purchasing from our company.

  * Watch purchased ( by this Aweful person ) to wear and enjoy - geez.
  * if watch worked - nobody would be reading this. 
  * Chrono 24 acknowledged fault by instructing Sako to improve quality control plans.
  * independent source, ( the non working Vintage watch taken to) , is a Swiss Certified Repair House . 
  Located in ********* **. they are the service provider of choice to Sothebys auctioneer . 
  * Classic Defense when at fault - insult & blame the victim .

  * Banned from buying from Frauds, - Lol / Thankyou !
