Invoice in September 24 2023 for window repair, September 26 2023 they broke the window and left it for over a month broken as well as my window screen. Sent very unprofessional kids to do the job, said he would be right back with the window screen and never came or called. They missed 2 appointments this is the worst business I've ever done in WoodlandBusiness response

I have contacted the customer and went back and mad new screen and completed the job. and no it didn't take a month to replace the glass the second time We did break the Glass while we were trying to replace due to Damaged Glazing vinyl around the glass which we ended up ordering and that's the reason it took about a weeks to receive the parts once we got the part we were able to finish the job, the Customer signed off on the completion.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Nobody ever called me that's ridiculous this man is a scam artist and took advantage of my family and lied in his response I have invoices that show it took him over a monthBusiness response

I am so sorry she feels that way i did communicate with here mother by phone and she was always kept informed with what was going on, and like I stated before we had to order the gasket that goes around the glass and that took a little pit of time to come in, they did agree to resolve any issues by us supplying Them a new screen which we did at no cost and her mother signed off that the job was done, so honesty i don't know what else am I suppose to do . the service was provided and as far as I am concern there is nothing else that can be done.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: he was unprofessional as well as the kids he had working for him he was rude and he knows he took advantage of my mother when I was not in the home he charged her hundreds of dollars I do not accept this or his apologyBusiness response
