            I feel completely scammed by this company. From the second I got my keys and moved into a filthy house with still food and dishes from previous tenants, unusable shower drain, broken things through the house that I reported with a list full of other items that never got fixed...to the day I moved out and they are now charging me for things I reported to them before moving in and they never fixed.

            We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our office has policies in place for preparing units for move in which consists of professional cleaners and handymen. When you moved in, you did express some concerns in which we sent vendors back out to address including additional cleaning and minor maintenance. No other issues were reported by you after these vendors went out as well as during your entire tenancy. We spoke to you regarding your deposit refund and advised you to put any concerns in writing so we can address them for you. We have not yet received this from you. Once you do, we will be able to assist you further. We have also tried to reach you by phone to follow up with your concerns but have not heard back. We look forward to hearing from you so we can address your concerns. Thank you.
