    We have never received a call or complaint from the customer. First notice of a complaint was through the BBB letters. As we reached out to our distributors, we learned that the customer had reached out to two (2) different companies causing confusion with his warranty. Heater was purchased from one distributor in ********** and the customer called a different distributor to request replacement parts in ********. Upon receiving the parts, the customer called the California distributor to request reimbursement on parts he purchased from ********. This can not be done as each distributor is a different company and do not share the same accounting system. ******** then wanted to be reimbursed for labor and also for tipping his technician. The **************** representative explained that he could not reimburse monies that were not collected by his company.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  We listed our expectations (replacement part cost and installation) in our complaint.  In addition, I would hope they add a Quality Control process.  This issue has already consumed to much of our time so I'm not sure what else there is to discuss.
