      The first time they came out they repaired the wrong part, I had clearly told them it was not spinning. They replaced the drain pump, and it took more than a week then due to not having the parts. I didn't ask questions because I thought they knew what they were doing, so they told me after a few weeks that my washer was fixed. I used it and it still was not spinning, I called back and they said he replaced the drain pump. I told them that wasn't the issue, it did not spin. So they came back out and now my washer still isn't fixed. This has been going on since May, and I still can't use my washer.

      12/26/23 Technician diagnose ******* Refrigerator not cooling. The compressor wasn't working as expected and they put colored dye into the unit. They ordered the parts needed. I attempted numerous times to contact the company by email and phone to follow up about the status of the parts and they went unanswered. 1/9/24 *********** came to replace the compressor. The technician didnt mention anything about the refrigerant or the dye he put in.The repair work was inadequate as the fridge began to experience the same issue shortly after. I never heard from the company and found out they were calling the wrong number and closed my case. Finally by the time I could get someone to speak to me 90 days had passed and the company said it was beyond their warranty even though I had reported it within the 90 days. When the technician he explained that it could not be fixed because the refrigerant was leaking, which he had suspected on 12/26/23. However, it was beyond the warranty now. The technician left my house without talking to me about the next steps, without me signing and agreeing to anything, and he left all the food out all over my kitchen, the glass shelf from the fridge was shattered all over the floor, there was refrigerant leaked all over the floor and all the food that was left out spoiled. his has put the health and safety of family at risk.After he left the fridge which was cooling was now not cooling at all and it was worse than before. I have made multiple attempts to contact management about this with no response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I believe that Tekniton has failed to uphold the standards and quality of professionalism expected of a reputable business. I kindly request that BBB investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other consumers are not similarly affected. I would like this repair to be covered under warranty as I reported the issue on 12/26/23.

      This repair company gaslights you into thinking the repair appointment is for the "next day", not the actual day/time originally agreed to. This happened twice to me. On top of that, they call the day before or morning of and ask to switch the day/time. When I told them no, I can't, they say okay and keep the original day/time. Then they don't show up! When you call, they tell you that they stopped by and nobody was home and so they rescheduled to the next day.

      Tekniton is a company contracted with ******* warranty service. This company had failed to deliver on any of its promises, refusing to push forward our warranty status to qualify for a refund, refusing to acknowledge an obviously faulty product, and failing to keep a schedule multiple times causing our family much distress.

      On July 2nd 2023 i paid ****** to have my dishwasher repaired due to it tripping my breaker. They misdiagnosed the issue and came out to my house over 6 times. On 8/16/2023 they recommended to replace the ********* and it was causing the breaker to trip. The assy vane sprays the water from the bottom. Ever since then my dishwasher no longer cleans from the bottom and still does not function properly. I contacted Technitok on 10/2/23 stating that my dishwasher is still not working correctly. They stated i would need to pay them again for their services. On my receipt it clearly states they warranty their repairs for 90 days. They are not honoring their warranty even though i brought their warranty to their attention. They will not come out unless i pay them again.

      December or January warranty company NSI sent out a technician from Tekniton to look at our fridge. They failed to show the first week, the second week they came and said I needed an inverter and a motherboard. two weeks later someone came and installed only a motherboard. The fridge worked until may. In may we opened another ticket for the same issue. Since then the repair company has come out 5 times and replaced parts several times. I have invoices from 3/29, 4/05, 4/19. One week one guy would come out and diagnose it, the next week another would come out and say he didnt have parts so he had to diagnose something, then someone came with parts. On 4/13 we came home and the fridge had flooded the floor in the kitchen, we have videos of how it was pouring out water constantly. Since that incident they have come once (4/19) and replaced something and told ** "that it didnt fix it and we need...." xyz. It is last week (5/3) they cancelled on **. We have to keep the circuit breaker to the kitchen off to make sure the fridge doesnt flood our kitchen or freeze up. Calling NSI has yielded no one to resolve this. When we called to escalate this two weeks ago (4/27) they said they would have a report for ** on Friday (4/29) they just needed information from the repair company. By monday (5/1) they had not called ** back and when we called them they had no idea of what we were talking about. Today (5/10) we called to escalate again and we are being told they need information from the repair company. No one at the repair company is willing to talk to ** or help ** escalate this with the warranty company and no one at the warranty company is willing to do anything for **.

      Our washer stopped working. No error code. We called ******** they connected ** to Tekniton for repairs as it was out of warranty. They visited ** multiple times and come back with a different diagnosis every time. Our first visit they said it was the main board and we paid $100 for the visit. The next visit the technician forgot the part. The third visit they replaced the main board and charged ** $268.83 for the service. The washer functioned for two cycles. The fourth visit they claimed it was either a bad board or the inverter. They indicated they would show up next time with both parts. The next visit nothing was done but the tech diagnosed the problem as a bad inverter and said he would order the part. Weeks have gone by with no word from Tekniton. We contacted them and were informed they no longer have access to the necessary part. I feel that they owe ** at the very least, a full refund.

      Tekniton was sent to my home by ******* to examine a problem with my refrigerator. The freezer was not working. They concluded it was an inverter board problem. They replaced the inverter board and told me to give it several hours to achieve proper freezer temperature. They charge me $407. The freezer never responded to the repair. ******* sent them back under warranty and they diagnosed the problem as a sealed system compressor problem which had nothing to do with the inverter board. They made several failed attempts, including at least one error in executing the repair, necessitating 5 trips after which ******* declared my $5,000 refrigerator unfixable. I requested the return of the $407 for the first repair that was made in error. Initially, the technician said that would not be a problem. I requested the refund repeatedly and after a dozen calls a manager (*********) called me to say that maybe the inverter board ALSO needed to be replaced and suggested that he could bring back the old board and swap it out and it was not broken then I could get a refund. I agreed to that resolution. No one ever came to my home. Tekniton stopped returning my phone calls. A quick look at their YELP reviews shows that this fits a pattern of misconduct for Tekniton. I want my money back for the first service call which improperly diagnosed my problem and charged me for a repair that was not needed.

      I purchase a ******* dishwasher from *********** Upon installation, there were clearly parts which were broken upon arrival. I tried to get replacement parts through ********** and ******* and ended up having to pay out of pocket. Fine. Then ********** and ******* customer service route you to **********************, the local service provider for repair. The technician tried to install the part and actually ended up breaking more parts! I watched him break the part and he says to me "Ok so this part is broken, what are you going to do about it?" I said "I am going to ask you to talk to your supervisor and get a replacement part so you can fix the part YOU BROKE". The technician gets on the phone and starts speaking Russian and then tells me there is nothing he can do after breaking my brand new dishwasher even further. He told me to call their office, so after kicking him out of my house, I did just that and called Tekniton's local number ***************) and they have hung up on me several times and will not pick up my calls or return them. I have tested it by calling on different phone numbers and they pick up immediately and once they figure out it is my case, they hang up on me with no warning. Most unethical company.
