    I ordered a phone case and paid for it but never got a tracing number and none of the business info is available like the phone number or email. I was scammed and probably many others were. Something needs to be done about this.

    I searched online for a screen protector and come across this company who offered a 2 pack at a reasonable price so I ordered it on the 11th of December. 3 days later I never received an email giving me a tracking number so per their web site I tried to call but that number is never available for calls so I Sent them a message through their website. I received an email stating that my order has shipped and is on its way but they didn't include a tracking number so I tried to call again to no avail so then I sent a message asking for a tracking number which I haven't received any response to. I'm sure I have lost my money but something needs to be done to prevent this from happening to more people. Thank you

    I ordered a phone case from myphonecase.com on October 13th 2023. I didn't receive an email confirmation, shipping confirmation or anything confirming my order. After waiting 2 weeks product wasn't delivered. I only received it after making a complaint with PayPal. I was sent a phone case from a 3rd party! It didn't even come from myphonecase.com!The spaces for the volume and power buttons on the case don't line up with the ones on my phone. (A23 5G **) This product is a cheap Otterbox knock off from *****. The seller's website advertises this case as valid for the (A23 5G **), however it is not. There are two versions of this phone.. The (A23 5G) and the (A23 5G **, which is exclusive to ********* The volume and power buttons are placed in different locations on each version.

    Ordered two of the same phone case. Images show the clip in the middle of the side meaning I can use it left hand. This was the deciding factor for the purchase. Upon receiving the product, it was obvious that the clip was not centered and the item did not match the images in the description. I contacted myphonecase in three different ways to describe my issue and request a refund and never received a response.

    I ordered a case from this company and I did not receive my order. This company just took my money. I tried calling this company and their phone number is incorrect. I emailed them and they do not respond.

    Bought online 9/1/23 invoice ******. No shipping order nothing. Sent 2 emails and nothing. I see a poor score with the BBB. WHY HAVEN'T YOU SHUT THIS **** ********? WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE. ME AND MY BUDDIES MIGHT HEAD TO CA AND PAY THEM A VISIT. AND IT WON'T BE PRETTY. F*** DEMOCRATS.

    I ordered 2 IPhone 13 Defender phone cases on 8/16/23.I received an order number in the order confirmation email.I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone and emails with no contact whatsoever.It has been 13 days and the only thing I can get is if I enter my order number I can keep getting is my order is on its way.I was supposed to have received a tracking number within 2 days of placing my order.I guess I should have went to the phon store for my cases.Live and learn!

    I ordered two phone cases from this company on July 18, 2023. When i received them, they were the wrong size and will not fit my phones, so I emailed the company on how to return the cases for a refund and they never responded to my request.     Placed order for otter box defender case and holster combo in camo for iPhone 13 mini 7/26/23 from my phone case.com. The total was $22.85 and a charge posted to my credit card that morning. No confirmation email was ever received to show order was processed or to show tracking info that website said was to be sent. Order tracking on website shows no detail. I filled out the contact us info page several times to request info, also emailed several times from two different email addresses, sent text, and tried calling phone number listed. No answer to any method has been received. No product received either. It says on website to contact them to request confirmation email if was not automatically received and they will respond in 1-2 business days. No contact from company at all no matter which method used. It seems this company is not legit, does not do what they say they will do, and do not provide the product that was paid for by consumer. At this point I do not believe I will ever receive product ordered and am requesting refund of all charges incurred.
