03/11/2022 Nissan of Yuba city purchased my car 2014 Z51 LT2 corvette.. They are refusing to pay me. and honor there contract as of today 04/19/2022. I have all contracts and documents I have on hand .Business response

To whom it may concern:
The company is NOT refusing to pay. The vehicle that was purchased from customer had a payoff. We have a process that was explained to customer. We sent check to the lienholder for the payoff amount and the difference is owed to the customer. We release the check once we get title from the bank(lienholder). We have not received title. Customer has been informed that we are only waiting for title, that he will get his money once we get the title. We have ran a dmv report to verify that the bank has released title and till this date 4/19/2022 they still have not released. We are contacting the lender to expedite this for the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience but we have been at the lenders mercy. We have reassured the customer that he will get his money. This was explained when we first purchased customers vehicle. We understand his frustration on the time it has taken his bank to get us what we need to release funds.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I ******************* talked with *********************** a manager for Nissan. Witch finally set up a time to pick up my check 4/21/2022 at 11:00 AM at the ********* Nissan. My Bank put a hold on it till 4/30/2022. So we will see if it is any good????? I down loaded a picture of the check for BBB.
The check clearly was dated 3/14/2022 . So apparently they were maliciously holding my money. This was the worst experience with a dealer ship I have ever had. They held my money maliciously for over a month refusing to pay me.. This should be against the law and should be punished accordingly... I would clearly work with BBB as needed to prosecute Nissan of Yuba City or any person's responsible..
All from a Dealer ship witch reached out to me to purchase my car... I sincerely hope this they do not get to do this to someone else!!!!!! ******************* ************ Please let me know if I can help prosecute all that are involved..
