I was a tenant in **** ****** *** ****** ***** ** ****2 from July 2021-July2022. This is a 3 bed/2 bathroom property managed by Sheric Real Estate. I was never late in rent payments and never received any complaints from the property management company or the neighbors. Our lease was terminated due to the homeowner wanting to sell the house. Myself and my roommate had moved out in the required timeline and cleaned the place ourselves. When I received my security deposit back Sheric had charged over $1000 for interior and carpet cleaning, to which I was shocked at how much was charged for interior ($600). $120 was charged for removing a tv mount that was there when we moved in July 2021 but was not bothered to be removed beforehand. We could not schedule a move out inspection due to work commitments causing us to be out of town, but in phone conversations I was told just to keep the kitchen and living spaces clean. We have contacted Sheric on why the bill was so large and asked to provide pictures. The pictures they provided are uploaded along with my pre-inspection checklist. It is extremely hard to believe that finger prints/smudges on the fridge, dishwasher, and sink amount to $600 of interior cleaning. The streaks on the floor in their picture were also noted on the pre-inspection along with the tv mount being present. My suspicion is the security deposit was used to get the house in better shape before selling. I'm seeking a partial refund of what was charged to me, as the damages do not amount to needing $600 of interior cleaning. Additionally I desire a full refund of the $120 for removing the tv mount as it was present when we moved in and did not belong to me.

We are working on a refund for the 120.00. We are also waiting for statements and more pictures from the cleaning crew. We have called and left a message for the tenant in regards to this.
