I placed an order with this company in May, and payment was taken by the company. I still have not received the order and have contacted the company 3 times without response. Below are details of the order. I may be disputing the charge with my bank because this company may be fraudulent. I didn't notice this until now unfortunately, but no taxes were taken out like most companies charge. ORDER #72996 Thank you for your purchase! On May 16, 2023, I ordered two sets of seeds from this company for a total of $42.28, giving my daughter's address for delivery since I would be out of town when they said I would receive the products. The package has not been delivered yet her or at my daughter's house. The link to customer service does not work and the company appears to be out of business or just not being responsible or honest. I would like a refund in total and if possible, I would like to see them punished. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On 5/28/23 I purchased Seeds in the amount of 78.96. This seller took my money and did not produce the product I ordered. To date, the seeds have not been delivered. After extensive research, I found: I placed order on 5/28/23. $78.96 cleared my bank on 5/31/23. Emailed Pure Pollination 5 times from 6/6/23-6/16/23 with no response back. FB Pm'd 2x with no response back. Called phn # listed online (866) 271-1992 and received message "number is currently not setup to receive calls". Checked website: Mssg stating "Coming soon, enter email to get notified when we launch". Checked address online and with Colorado Sec of State: there are 3 addresses listed for this business (Owner name: Jeremy Wetch- Article of Organization # 20171689373). 125 Main Ave, Akron, CO was at one time listed to a business named Ruby's Floral & Gift (970) 345-2922. I called that # too....rcvd mssg that call couldn't be completed as party is temporarily unavailable. When I checked the records and Articles of Organization with CO, a bunch of reports were listed and it looks like Pure Pollination last filed back in 2022. Their last FB posts were dated 12/5/2021. So they are STILL taking people's money but appears to be not doing business any longer or not responding to buyers requests for product delivery or refunds.Initial Complaint

I received an email on May 4 (attached) confirming my order for seeds for $31.49. I have never received the seeds and have attempted to contact company several times with no resolution. I have not gotten the seeds or the refund and no response to my emails. The email I used was [email protected] for this. My phone number is 757-812-0610. I hope I can get a resolution. ORDER #72845 Ordered May 7th 2023. I have been charged. I have not received my order, I emailed them on May 16th with no reply. I later submitted a contact form via their website with no reply. I then messaged their account on instagram with no reply. I would like the order shipped immediately if they have the items. If it cant be shipped in 24hrs. I placed Order #72791 on May 4th, upon completion of my order they stated the product would be shipped in 4-7 days. This is now May 31st. I have emailed their support 5 times on multiple days requesting either a refund or an ETA on when my purchase would be sent. They have yet to respond to any of my correspondences. They do not have a contact phone number only an address. What can I do? I will write a letter and mail out my complaint as well but I fear this business is now purely collecting money and not sending customers any product. Highly disappointed.Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction was confirmed on May 10th 2023. I paid 29.99 for the seed packet which already posted to my American Express bill. The telephone number on the charge on the American Express bill goes to a medical alert advertisement which leads me to think this is a SCAM. I have emailed them several times with no response at all. There is no tracking number and no way to track this order. The order number with Pure Pollination is #72921. I ordered a variety of vegetable seeds and paid via credit card on 5/8/23. Order number 72880. The order was to be received within 4-7 business days. When they had not arrived after the 7 days, I reached out to Pure Pollination via their "support" and received no response. I sent a second request asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. I finally reached out to my credit card company since I received no response from Pure Pollination. At this point I just want my money refunded back to my credit card.
