    Did not complete the job. We paid Paul in full, but there is a punch list of items, and he owes us pavers for stepping stones. His crew backed a trailer across our yard, leaving ruts. He ghosted us with about 5% of the job to be completed.

    **************** built an outdoor stone patio w/ outdoor kitchen for us back in 2019. He told us it is normal for patios to settle and to expect some over the next year. The patio did shift and settle which created a number of uneven areas. We contacted him and he said he would fix the issue no problem. Then he fell off the face of the earth.I contacted him a few months ago and he reported he was ill for two years and he remembers our job and was going to contact us to schedule a time to repair. He also asked I provide him pictures of the problem. As the snow melted I continued to provide photos of the sinking, shifting, falling patio. The outdoor kitchen that had bricks falling off it and a counter top that was falling apart. Mr. * asked I send all pictures once all the snow melted. I complied. He stopped answering texts and phone calls. He has ghosted us.we spent approx. $65,000 on the project paid in full with a 10 yr. warranty. He also retains our leftover bricks and product (he indicated this was best as he could use the leftover product in the event he needed to make repairs.)He has done zero to repair the disaster.

    ********************* (owner of Plant IT Earth) built a new deck for me that was completed in February 2023. His workers damaged 2 pieces of siding, and left a gap of bare wood where our old deck was. In addition, part of the deck stairs is bowing because they did not put enough screws in. **** came out in early May *********************************************************************************** addition, he indicated that they needed to put some additional bolts to attach the deck to the house (within 12 inches of each other) as this is the current code. About a week later he indicated that he had the siding material, and would be out soon to the the repairs. We have not heard from him in almost 2 months. He ignores phone calls and texts from both myself and my wife. This morning I called the store where he said he got the siding from and they had no record of him ever shopping there, nor do they keep vinyl siding in stock.
