      Partner Credit Union has attached additional charges to my account that are invalid and unacceptable. I have continued to reach out to resolve and been met with the iratest customer service ever seen. I have kept records showing my payments are met on time every month. Recently they just simply started increasing the payment amounts without notification or explanation. All efforts to escalate the issue have been ignored. They refuse to go by the loan papers and amounts creating a conflict they refuse to address or remedy. With erroneous charges it is difficult to shop for a refi option and eliminate them from my life, since we clearly are in conflict and I can prove my payments, my loan amount, interest amount is 100% accurate.

      Hello, I have another complaint regarding this issue filed against progressive because I feel both parties were negligent in this situation. I was in an accident May 9th, 2023 by no fault of my own and on May 11th the insurer of the responsible party (Progressive) took complete responsibility for the accident and claimed the car as a total loss. May 24th a check was issued to Partner Colorado Credit Union. For 3 weeks, 3 times a week I called between Progressive, and Partner Colorado asking if the check had come in yet because it was holding me from getting another car. I consistently got the run around and told to wait. By the end of the 3rd week. I got on the phone with Partner of Colorado and refused to get off the phone until I got an explanation on why it took 3 weeks to receive mail from a business in the same state. I asked to verify the address and thats when it was discovered that Progressive had sent the check to the wrong address because no one called to verify originally. During that time I was charged a payment for the car and a late fee even though I had already signed ownership over to Progressive. My ************* wont cover the last payment. I feel that because Progressive AND Partner Colorado were both negligent and had somebody taken the time check the address the first time the check wouldve gotten to the bank well before my payment due date of June 7th and I also had a grace ****** because I always pay on time. I was the one rear ended, and ive been raked through this entire process with no regard for my needs as a PAYING customer. I essentially had to do everyones job because no one cared that I was and still am without a car. I shouldnt be charged for these payments in question because had ANYONE took a second to check the paperwork or get in contact with someone from the other business this wouldve NEVER happened. Its extremely unprofessional and it should be illegal to be that negligent with money

      To whom it may concern,

      We have reviewed this complaint and understand the members frustration. We did not receive the payoff check as it was made payable to another institution and mailed to said institution. We had no way of tracking down said check. However, we also understand it was the members fault either. We have received the *** payment and paid the loan in full. Additionally, we waive $163.25 in interest as again it was not our member who made out the check incorrectly.

      USDMV **** *****************, century city, **. ***** ************** Partner Colorado Credit Union ******************************************************************** Hello, this company (USDMV) charged me for a service I only looked at online but did not sign up for back on about 8-26-22 for $23.95 and continued charging me for months before I caught it and contacted the company. At that time they said they saw the mistake and would issue a refund check to me in 7 to 10 days for $143. The check never came and I called back about 2 weeks later and was told by a supervisor ***** that they could no longer give me the check and I must contact my bank (Partner Credit Union) about the matter. I then called my bank (Partner Colorado Credit Union) and was told there's nothing they could do because too much time has passed. This I don't understand since I did contact them on this matter as soon I saw it with my online banking site. At 1st my bank said they would cover my loss as they always did over the years when these unapproved things have happened; but the next day the company (USDMV) called me back and told me they reviewed my complaint and would send me a refund. This was before I later talked to ***********With this new info I then called my bank and canceled my complaint about the company (USDMV). When the company (USDMV) later, once again reversed their decision and said they would not pay my refund. At that point, I once again called my bank to submit my complaint anew and told them why. So now I do not understand my bank saying I waited too long and will not cover my loss. I seek redress on this matter with a $143 refund payment.Thank you 3/15/23

      Hello we received a letter in the mail in regards to the above complaint. There is nothing in the letter as to say who it is or what the complaint is.       The credit union has violated their contract to me by changing the monthly payment and is threatening to send me to collections if I dont not pay their price. Initially they said it was a for non insurance which I provided documentation that I had that, then they said it was for them not being able to excite thier lien which I provided a notorized signature in the document they requested. They have kept the monthly payment the same and are now not reaching out even though I have tried ad nauseam to ge this resolved. I have copies of emails to different members of thier staff trying to get someone to contact me and at this point am being purposely ignored even when I mentioned I would file a complaint. Before I can *** them according to my contract I need to use a mediator first so Im taking this first step

      I have verified insurance coverage for my newly-purchased vehicle multiple times (my insurance broker has done this as well four times), and partners credit union continues to charge my $92 every four weeks, which is a charge for those vehicles without coverage. I have called and complained and received assurances that yes, my insurance has been verified, and yes, the charges will stop and be reversed. But, the charges continue.
